   It’s not sealed and super salty right now. I’ve been ordered from you couple times already. Recently the products are not good.

   I can use this spice on any meat or fish. Very tasty. I mix it with flour for salmon and chicken to give those meats a bit of a crust.

   Chef at a restaurant, this product is a major respiratory irritant, the spices are ground too fine and cause discomfort for the entire staff when used. May be fine for very controlled use in soups and sauces. Flavor is great, but staff hate using it. It’s like pepper spray in the prep area when used, runny eyes, burning in lungs and sneezing.
