Had a new recipe calling for mixed herbs but I wasn’t sure which herbs . Google search recommended the “ Herbs de Province but we’re not available within 20 miles and the price was ridiculous ,for the size package ! Amazon had the large 8 oz bottle for just $2 more than 2 oz locally.
The mix was everything I expected and gave the potatoes and the rest of the dish , an awesome flavor

This is a great chef and cooks pantry item, which is a true value for the money. It is great for seasoning breads, fish, roasted proteins, tomato based soups and stews and vegetables. I even use it frequently on savory desserts to add a depth of flavor.

I use this all the time. If I’m feeling fancy I add organic lavender buds. Beautiful in salad dressing or on sliced tomatoes. I use it on boiled and roasted potatoes, even French fries with truffle oil. It’s a staple in my house. Great price, too!
