Great Chile Lime Seasoning. Taste is awesome – citrusy with some heat from the ground chile pepper. First had it while on vacation as a rimmer on a beverage glass filled with a Bloody Mary. I have used it already on broiled fish, chicken wings, grilled pork chops and in home-made ceviche. Great packaging too.

Tajín has become an absolute staple in our home – we simply can’t stop using it! The perfect blend of tangy, salty, and spicy flavors adds an incredible kick to everything we sprinkle it on. From fruits and vegetables to popcorn and even cocktails, Tajín enhances the taste of any dish.
The quality of the seasoning is outstanding, and the balance of flavors is spot on. It’s versatile and elevates our everyday meals to a whole new level.
If you haven’t tried Tajín yet, you’re missing out. It’s a game-changer in the kitchen and a must-have for anyone who loves bold, flavorful food. Highly recommended!

I was introduced to this by a bartender. He was rimming glasses with it and told me to try it on fruit. Watermelon is to die for!

After a trip to San Diego and enjoying some Mezcal margaritas with tajin on the rim instead of salt, we wanted to recreate the drink at home. This is exactly the taste we were looking for. Pour a little on a saucer, wet the glass rim with a slice of lime, and slide the glass around to coat the rim with tajin instead of salt, and pour your favorite margarita. Delicious. I’m sure we’ll find additional uses for this very tasty seasoning.

I recently tried the chili and lime seasoning that is commonly used in Mexican culture to add flavor to sweets and fruits, and I must say, it was an interesting experience. Initially, I was not a fan of the combination of spicy and sweet flavors, but I decided to give it another try. And to my surprise, I started to appreciate the unique taste it brought to the fruits.
The sweet and sour notes combined with a hint of spiciness provided a refreshing and unexpected twist to the fruits. It added a whole new dimension of flavor that I had not previously experienced. The tanginess of the lime complemented the natural sweetness of the fruits, while the chili spice gave it a subtle kick that was quite enjoyable.
What I liked most about this seasoning is that it enhanced the natural flavors of the fruits without overpowering them. It didn’t mask the sweetness, but rather elevated it by adding a contrasting element of heat and tanginess. It was a delightful balance of flavors that kept me coming back for more.
I must admit, this chili and lime seasoning has definitely grown on me. It has opened up a new world of flavor combinations that I hadn’t explored before. If you’re someone who enjoys a sweet and sour taste with a hint of spiciness, I highly recommend giving this seasoning a try. It might surprise you and become a new favorite addition to your fruit snacks.

This is very versatile yet it has a unique taste that I cannot really compare to anything except maybe doritos ? The bottle size is much bigger than i have seen which is neat. I recommend storing this in a cool and dry place because if you do not it will turn into a solid block in the bottle. I tried this stuff in the Southwest USA in a restaurant a long time ago it tastes just as good. I highly recommend this for tacos, ramen, soup, mac & cheeze, salads, and really anything that you want to add a dash of flavor to with ease.
