This pan is the perfect size since it is the exact size of my burner so everything cooks evenly. It also is completely flat inside so the oil stays in the entire pan not just the sides and everything cooks to perfection. I was concerned because it is so light weight but it is very sturdy for cooking.

Initially thought this could be a dud, however after having used it regularly it is very good. Food does not stick, it heats nicely and it is a breeze to clean and for $20.00 what more can you ask for.

I really hate dealing with heavy cookware, and this pan is absolutely perfect for someone like that. Light as air and beautiful non-stick. Can’t beat the price either. Just get it
