If you are looking for a good blackening seasoning this one is good. I am able to add salt to my preference, and it tastes so good.

Made some excellent blackened burgers and am looking forward to making some other dishes. Bravo Tony and crew.

Love the flavor of this stuff. We use it all the time on fish, shrimp, and veggies. It tastes great, just a little more money than some other options that are close to as good.

This item arrived on time and undamaged. I usedit on a steak and it was delicious!

I first tried this when I saw a bottle at the grocery store, and love it on grilled salmon. When that normal sized bottle (1.9 oz) ran out I found the only choice was this huge 1-lb bottle! I may end up pouring from it into my original bottle and freezing the big one, to give more shelf life.
This is a trend with not only this spice but others, like black pepper corns or McCormick Grill Master Hamburger seasoning–all huge bottles now.

Have been using this blend for quite a while. Love the larger size too.

I really like redfish magic on fish so I thought I would give this a try. The first time I blackened a fish in it I was disappointed with the flavor it lacked vibrancy. I then realized that this is very low sodium. Adding a big pinch of salt really livened up the flavor. I also add a dash more cayenne for some added heat (but I like spicy food). Its a good quality product I just wish I didn’t have to doctor it up.

It’s a really good spice blend. I made some blackened mahi mahi as a test. It looked and tasted close to restaurant standard. Not something I usually think about my cooking!
