   Slap yo’ Mama is great for Cajun and Haitian Creole cooking. I was happy to see 2 canisters in the order of 1 which I had purcheased.
   Try this seasoning. Very hot but great basic flavor.

   this is a pretty good seasoning, but a little salty. Be careful not to over do it, it only takes a little. I’ve used it on seafood and chicken as well.

   I was first attracted to this on a food trip to New Orleans. ‘Slap Ya Mama’ had less salt and the right mixture or Cajun spices. It’s a special winner on roasted chicken thighs and breasts.

   To be fair, I have limited experience with cajun spices, but this mixture is genius tasty and has remained so on everything I’ve tried it on so far… The two bottles provided taste very similar with the primarily red one somewhat warmer which detracts lightly from the glorious flavor in lieu of a bit of tongue fire. Add the reasonable price and I am a long-term customer in the making.

   We love Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning original blend. It’s delicious and versatile. Haven’t tried the hot version yet as we just received it but my husband loves hot seasonings so it should be a winner.

   This is excellent seasoning I use for shrimp boil. I love to add both to get to perfect heat I need. My 6yo starting adding it to scrambled eggs and it adds stunning kick.

   I wish it would be hair less salty.
