Very happy so far. Great picture and sound. Have had good luck with Samsung tv’s previously so expect good things from this one. Remote is small and seems kind of cheap, but the hubs uses the cable controller instead so is happy. Delivery to room of our choice was great!

Like most flat tvs very fragile frame design..also I hope this tv lasts for than 3 years my other one died really disappointing..for the price I am committing again to a samsung..please tell me you fixed the bugs and I’ll be happy to buy again.

I’ve usually appreciated my samsung products, but this most recent one has easily been the worst, I’ve spent way too much time researching problem-solving for a smarthub update that isn’t actually updating (yes I’ve gone through the settings and done the manual resets and downloaded updates) problem is that without the “update” this TV has to be the stupidest “smart” TV I’ve bought, can’t use any streaming apps so it’s basically just a TV monitor with no smart functions, I could probably get my old firestick out and maybe that would work, but the reason I bought a new “smart” TV is so I didn’t have too… (the setup on these TVs should be easier not harder each time you buy a new TV)

At this price point, this is the best tv out there. Amazing picture and great sound. If your looking for a budget big screen with a great picture and good enough sound to skip the sound bar, pick this one!

I ordered it, and I got scared from the reviews that it will come broken but I didn’t have that problem! The delivery company helped me open to make sure it was perfectly okay! We had the previous year of this tv and it was so fragile and broke so easily so hopefully this one will last longer.. we love our tv! Just didn’t like how confusing the shipping was.

Amazon delivered it via a long truck and 2 people carried it with care to our side door. We set up the tv yesterday and it works great and is beautiful and large. Easy to put the feet on it. The picture and sound are wonderful. It is worth the money. Thank you!

The sound quality is wonderful you can pick if you want it adjust automatically or one specifically the remote control is small but a lot less complicated I replaced my 42 inch Samsung for this 55inch one when you watch shows it feels like your there the quality is wonderful as always the apps are easy to download and access picture quality is amazing very happy with my purchase it highly recommend

Not nearly as tedious a set-up as I had been expecting. These reviews, whew! I grant you processing tweaks and such made set up interesting for me–so many choices for the actual content viewing that I enjoy (lots of old movies), but I could not I could not be happier with my purchase choice. Amazing clarity with black and white and very dynamic color distinction.

The television is easy to install, great quality and easy to use. I would have given it 5 stars but the delivery was delayed due to having to use a third party carrier because we do not live near a large city or airport. The customer service representative was helpful sending two emails and calling. The package arrived in great condition. I would purchase this TV again.
