Breakfast cereal is an odd thing, and too often, it is a poor choice nutritionally. I did some research, and found this product to be highly recommended for being whole grain and comparatively low in sugar. My husband is the cereal eater, and he still eats like a teenager at 60, often eating two bowls of cereal for breakfast. But he also wants to reduce his refined sugar intake and still enjoy breakfast. This cereal is a winner.
