After having the collar on for a few hours, my dog became very jumpy. He did not sleep for 30 hours. He could not be still for more than 20 seconds and he whimpered. We took the collar off and 4 hours later he was back to his normal self. Allergic reaction?

I’ve been using this flea and tick collar on my dog and I’m impressed. It’s easy to apply, and the fact that it comes in a two pack is really convenient. I have 2 longhaired Dachshunds and one of them LOVES to be outside. For that reason, I was hesitant to purchase these low-cost collars thinking they may not be the same quality as Seresto. However, our pups have been wearing the PetArmor Flea & Tick Collars for 3 weeks and they have ZERO fleas or ticks. Very happy with my purchase. Collars do emit a baby powder scent, just so you know. The only negative thing would be that the collars are flimsy, meaning it’s difficult to get the strap through the loops. My husband had to use a pair of pliers. Hence the 4 stars.

When I put this colar for the first time, I got some chemical smell. I thought it is normal. I did notice that the fleas are going away from the collar. But after I gave a bath to my dog, I see all the fleas started to come around the collar and they are roaming around as if there is no collar that kills them. So, it did not serve the purpose.

Product had good reviews and was reasonably priced ( 2 pk) so I decided to give them a try, said they last for seven months which is laughable. Two weeks I didn’t see any fleas aroundy dogs face but they were everywhere else, after two weeks the fleas were even on my dogs face. In short they don’t work and are a waste of money.

This is a really great purchase because I found it incredibly easy to apply. It’s amazing how effectively it kills both fleas and ticks, keeping my beloved pets safe from these troublesome pests. What I found extra convenient is that it suits dogs of all sizes. An all-around excellent product!
