I love this product. It comes in a small packet and you add it to 16 Oz of water and drink. Make it ahead of time and put it in the Refrigerator to chill.
It is convenient, effective, and tastes good too!
I sent a box to my disbled brother in Eugene because he felt dehydrated in the hot weather. Now he says he loves it! He mixes it up in the morning, cools it, and enjoys a drink when it hot.

I was having a hard time getting my mom to drink liquids. She would get light headed and was weak. After getting these, I have no problem. She loves the taste and asks for refills. Well worth the money to keep a loved one hydrated.

I had been buying the Pedialyte powder at the grocery store to use in my water bottles when exercising outdoors. This is the same product I get at the grocery store for less money. It came as 4 boxes with 6 packets in each box. Only one box had an expiration that was less than a year away, and that one was still good for a few months. I definitely recommend this if you use Pedialyte regularly
