I had read online that Five Guys just uses this as their cajun seasoning and it is definitely not the same. I did a blind comparison with two other people and we all could tell which was which. Still great seasoning for the money, but not the clone you’re looking for.

Several Recipes I have in mind will require this seasoning. I have high hopes for it’s usefulness. My palate has matured somewhat as I’ve aged. I might not have liked this in my youth.

This is one of the ingredients I use in my BBQ rub (along with salt & pepper). I live in NJ, so Cajun is not a priority flavor. Result is, no supermarkets carry this seasoning!
