   I use this as a base for any Cajun style dish. It isn’t very hot, personally I add more cayenne.
   I like it because it is basic , others may find it a little bland. I need different levels of spice depending on the dish and this allows that perfectly.
   Very versatile from light dusting on vegetables to using as a rub while smoking.

   I’ve bought this seasoning before and even though I’ve made my own Cajun seasonings there is something in this, that for me is better than anything I’ve made myself, it does have a good bit of salt so be mindful of that but it’s a great seasoning

   I love this seasoning! A few years ago I started a diet and I eat black beans and brown rice every day. I sprinkle some of this Cajun seasoning on them and it is delicious!

   Finally, a Cajun seasoning that’s not loaded with salt. After trying several other brands for a Cajun sauce recipe to go over salmon or shrimp, this one’s a winner. The others were way too salty. Plenty of flavor and allows you to salt as you wish giving you way more versatility.
