I’ve been looking for the perfect denim mini skirt and was hoping this one would fit the bill. The skirt is well constructed, the color of the denim is exactly the shade I was looking for, but at 16", this skirt is too short for me.. I’m 5′ 5", I bought a size 31. The skirt sits in a comfortable place around my waist. It hits my thigh at about 5" or 6" above my knee. I prefer shorter skirts but thats too short for me. If it were two or three inches longer it would be perfect. I know in the picture it looks like its that short but typically models are quite a bit taller than I am. I’m sending it back..

The skirt is just like my primal Levi skirt from years ago that I still wear…but this skirt is way to short and even worse after I washed it😕

When I got this skirt size on Amazon was showing as 28 plus. I was looking into sizes on Levi’s site and there is no 28 plus, so I thought I’d give it a chance and see if it’s just 28. There are only few of them left and for a price of 15$ this Levi’s skirt was a steal, so I decided to try. This skirt fit me just right! Short? Yes, it’s a mini skirt. It goes to my mid-thigh. But that is what I was looking for. Also I have to put it on over the top, which is fine with me. Giving it 4* because size wasn’t marked properly on this page and because skirt is quite rigid. Intend on keeping it and making it work 🙂

My waist and hip measurements are 25 and 37 inches, and I bought a size 25. It was nearly impossible to pull up over my hips and ass to get it on. The zipper does not go down nearly far enough, and the denim has no stretch. Once I got it on, the fit was great, so I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t want to go a size up.
Besides that, I have no complaints. It looks cute, the length is great, the fit and fabric are lovely. It’s made out of a very thick, sturdy, 100% cotton denim, and looks true to the images. Perhaps it’s a little more suited for those with a smaller hip to waist ratio.
Although, if it shrinks even a little when I wash it, I have no idea if I’ll be able to get it on again.
