First off, the color (black) is GREAT, the straight legs are not “slim” but not baggy, either …. just right. But I needed to tweak my new pants a lot to get them into good shape. I’m 5’0″ and ordered 12 Short (“Petite” not an option). I’m also a bit overweight, and found the waist & hips rather tight. At first, I thought I might return, but then decided to do some serious tweaking to make them comfy and a good fit. First, I broke them in: (1) soak overnight in white vinegar solution, (2) rinse and dry, (3) roll into a tight ball and tie and let cool down for about a half-hour, (4) wash again in warm water, using bio-safe laundry softener in rinse cycle. Then, I had the pants shortened about 3 1/2 inches! Now I like the jeans very much. The waist is not as high as I’d like, and I’ll wear long tops to cover the back when I sit, but after all the tweaking, they’re now comfy and look good. I love that they’re 100 percent cotton, and the fabric is medium-heavy, so they’ll hold their shape very well.

These jeans were horrible in every possible way. I’m 5’4″, 170 pounds and usually wear a size 14, sometimes a 16. I thought I would go with the 16 since some reviews said the waist ran small. I tend to carry my weight in my belly.
When I opened the jeans, I thought there had been a big mixup. The jeans were so huge I thought I must have accidentally ordered something else by mistake. When trying them on, the jeans were very low waisted and I couldn’t even get them to my belly button before the odd shortness of the crotch prevented them from going up further. The waist was very tight but yet the thighs and legs of the jeans were enormous! Two of my legs could have fit on one pant leg. They were also at least 12 inches if not more too long (I ordered the regular length). They were also not slim leg jeans but more of a bell-bottom. As many of you know trying to find jeans that fit well can be difficult especially online. So I expect to have some that don’t work out. But these were so bad I can’t even understand who thought these would pass as jeans any woman would be able to wear.

I bought these for work. I love them for work! I needed 100% cotton jeans and these did the trick. They’re not super flattering but boy are they comfortable! So great for lounging, running errands, they’d have FANTASTIC for gardening, and they are great contract/construction work. I wore them when I visited power plants for work and I will wear them again for gardening and other outdoor adventures when it’s hot out and I need long pants.

I wish they were a little more stylish so I could wear them more often… I mean… I could… but I don’t have that lien or courage… yet. BUT, I will wear these every opportunity I get and maybe I can find a way to make them stylish. I think it’s my body. Some women could definitely make these stylish. I’m a little shorter and more petite. I think for these to be stylish you probably need longer legs. I have to to roll these at the bottom and I look like a little girl. I also got the smallest size they offered and they get a little roomy… they may be made to be that way though.
Anyway, I seriously do love these. Comfiest and most breathable jeans that I have ever worn. I want MORE 100% cotton jeans. Please!! They truly are amazing. GET THEM. They may look great on you, just not as much on me. If the way don’t look “cute,” keep them for fun and rugged activities/gardening.
P.S. I got a size 4. This was the lowest offered when I bought them. They stay up because of where they sit on my hips though.
I’m something like a 27in waist, 34-35inch hips?? Waist size doesn’t matter as much for these… or they didn’t for me… I’m 5’3”

These are waist high jeans. So why, for the love of I don’t know what, is the zipper barely 3 inches long?? Some other reviewers have noted these are “not for curvy” but I don’t think that’s it at all. The hips fit fine, once they are ON (they are not too small) it’s just that it is WAY harder than it needs to be to get them on, because of that ridiculously short zipper. Very disappointing, and all because of this weird, poor design, otherwise these would be great – so hard to find all cotton jeans.

Im of age where 100% cotton jeans existed regularly and were stiff and sturdy like REAL jeans. All this skinny stretched crap out in today’s world is….CRAP. I wear boots and don’t have time for sliding down jeans and I don’t like to always tuck my jeans into my boots 👢 either. I recommend you get “long” in length of you’re like me and wear boots. Thank you Amazon for flawlessly delivering them to my doorstep. It was effortless and I cant wait for my other colors to arrive. Shout out to the men and women who picked, packaged and delivered. Woo hoo! Real jeans!

I love these jeans, but I got the wrong size. I thought they said they ran small and they definitely don’t run small. I even washed them in hot water and they are still too big. So I plan to order another pair in a smaller size!
The reason I will reorder them, is because they are really well made and the fit is good even if the pair I got are too big–I can tell that a size smaller will be perfect! And I love that they are 100% cotton. I have MS and have to physically lift up one of my legs by grabbing the jean’s leg and with even 1% of spandex the fabric stretches with the lifting motion… so with these being 100% cotton, I don’t have to fight moving my leg.

Like so many other women here I was thrilled to finally get 100% cotton jeans. I ended up here after ordering jeans from two other big name companies who both sent me cotton-poly-spandex blends, and back they both went! Here I ordered black jeans in tall. For myself, I found that my usual size was a tad too small, so I exchanged them for the next size up. (Some people here said the jeans ran a bit small.) The only problem was that the waist was a bit too big and the pants felt like they would slide down. However, I sew so I put four very small darts in the waistband, and now they are perfect. Some others said they had trouble with the waistband, some too big, some too small. The inseam is 33 inches (someone got a 30 inch inseam when they ordered tall) and for me the length is just right. A couple of people said the jeans had a chemical smell, but that seemed to be the blue jeans, rather than the black, which is what I ordered. The color is also a nice deep black, not wishy washy. I certainly believe these other women’s experiences, I guess the bottom like is that people come is so many shapes and sizes and sometimes it’s not easy finding clothes that fit you.

I have been on a hunt for 100% cotton jeans. I wanted to love these, but they’re not quite right. The sizing is all over the place, I tried 3 different sizes and none were great. I’m normally a 12, but I knew that they’d probably run smaller being 100% cotton. I ordered a 14 (way way too small), 18 (HUGE), and 16 which was too tight in some spots and too loose in others. I hope they end up breaking in better after a few washes. They’re very very loose from the knee down and pretty long for a short.

I’m a long-legged 5’4 (usually) size 8. I’m not a stick, but also not super hippy.
I bought the long 8, and I struggled to pull them over my hips.
Could button with great difficulty.
The legs were not as tapered as they appear and SUPER long.
Living Large Late –
SIZE: My plan had been to order the size 12 short, but then I read the guidelines posted by Lee. Oops — 12S is too small???? So, I ordered the 14S and the 16S. Double oops — the 12S fits perfectly!
FIT: These are cotton jeans that I chose because they are genuinely comfortable to wear. No, they don’t cling and reveal and whatever is popular today. But that stuff — along with rips and shaggy hems — is not what I need or want. These jeans fit me properly — loose enough not to squeeze my body, snug enough to fall gracefully, with room to sit and stand easily, gracefully.
FABRIC: 100% cotton jeans are hard to find. I’m a GRIT (Girl raised in the South), so I am well aware that a woman’s body does better with breathable fabrics, rather than stretchy stuff. These jeans will also relax and “give” — offering the room a person may need to sit for hours riding or stride out taking a walk. These jeans will also provide leg protection that is easy to wear and comfortable.
USE: These 100% cotton jeans were bought especially to provide a nice-looking pair of very comfortable pants to leave in our RV, ready for our next adventure. My plan is to put together some coordinated outfits that are good looking and easy to wear. These pants are perfect!
MY RECOMMENDATION: These are great pants. I like them so much that I am buying three pairs. Thank you, Lee!!!!
