    Great stripper, but not as good as the 11061 model.

    I don’t care what anyone says, these are the sharpest, lightest, easiest to use wire strippers on the planet. They work exactly as you’d expect, as you dream of if you’ve used crappy strippers before. The only complaint I have, and it’s minor, is the latch likes to close on its own often, but hardly a big deal.

    Nice product for the price! We have purchased these wire strippers a few times now and they have held up well for many years now.

    My first Klein stripper tool last about 10 years! This should be my last one!

    I am a "Saturday Afternoon" electrician, so I am not a professional and do not use these every day. However I do like good quality tools, and have long since convinced myself that spending a couple extra bucks for good tools is cheaper in the long run. I have used these for a couple projects, and so far, so good.

    === The Good Stuff ===

    * They strip wire. I really only use 12 and 14 gauge NM, and these work great.

    * The handles are secure and don’t slide off. The tool feels secure in my hand, and is about the right length and width to grip easily and line up with work.

    * The locking tab comes in handy for the toolbox. Less space, and less chance of getting wrapped up with the other tools.

    * After some use, the tool is still as tight and aligned as it was when I purchased it. But I do not use the cutter, so that may cut down on the wear and tear.

    === The Not-So-Good Stuff ===

    * My eyes aren’t what they used to be, and it is a bit tough to read the gauge markings on the tool. I am sure if I used it more often, I would be so used to tool that muscle memory would guide me to the right slot. I did put a small dot of orange paint next to the 14ga slot, and that has helped.

    * I would have preferred more friction in the lock clip. It has a tendency to slide into the lock position, usually at the worst possible time. I have considered removing it from the tool, but haven’t as yet.

    === Summary ===

    A comfortable and easy-to-use tool. It took me a long time to get used to using wire-strippers, I always just used wire cutters. But after a few nicked wires, I learned my lesson, and these are about the best pair I ever owned.

    Klein is a great brand. The seller offers a great price for this piece that you can’t always find at the hardware store. Highly recommend this seller and the item too.

    These stripper/cutters are very ergonomic and easy to use. Been using them pretty much every day and still very accurate and sharp and no rust like other brands I’ve used over the years.

    They have the appearance of a new tool that was kept in a giant bin of tools scrapping against each other. No dirt, rust, or wear, just some finish removed. They arrived in a bubble mailer with a paper klein ad and the bubble mailer had a klein sticker on it. I’m unsure why they didn’t come in the original packaging. I attached pictures, I have used them a fair bit already and didn’t think to take pictures when I first got them but this is more or less how they looked when they arrived. The specs you see on the edges of the blade are just flecks of finish that got chipped off, not damage to the blade. The grips also have the same new chemically smell my old strippers had when I bought them from Home Depot that fades after some time and the grips look brand new.

    They cut and strip with ease, absolutely razor sharp and no damage to the blade itself. Strips and cuts wire with 0 effort. They’re also very comfortable to hold, I really like the curved handle. The screw shears also work flawlessly. My only complaint, besides the weird lack of original packaging and cosmetic damage, is they have a minor flaw where when the lock is engaged, the spring pushes the jaws apart a little but it’s not a big deal, just a little annoying.
