Once you connect it it’s on. Temperature is only at one level. It easy to clean with a damp cloth and dish washing liquid after it cools off. The heat distribution is great. Makes a great Cuban sandwich!

When taking it out of the box, you can feel how flimsy and cheap it was but I didn’t expect it to literally break the first time using it. This thing is pure junk.

This thing is great. I get home plug it put 3 tortillas in there put cheese on the tortilla fold the tortilla close the top and about 2 minutes later quesadillas are perfect on both sides.
