Wish I had found this a long time ago! I had no idea they made a silicone fork to help separate meat that I struggle with. Well made and really large fork that will come in handy for lots of cooking . I highly recommend this!

I use this quite often with my granite cookware. No scratching, heat resistant, and they also work like a rubber spatula to help scrape the sides of the pots and pans. I purchased two of them, plus the fork. 🙂

This is a medium sized cooking spoon I purchased to do more than my wooden spoons do and not be plastic, as I am eliminating microplastics sources from my kitchen. The silicone top layer over a steel core makes it strong and it will not scratch Le Creuset pots. Please note that the color of the ‘Red’ spoon is not true red, but a medium dark maroon- if this concerns you, consider ordering another color.

I needed a new silicone spoon and thought the scraping edge was a nice added touch. Seriously, this spoon is used daily in my house. It’s a little thinner than some silicon spoons, making scooping and serving a little easier, and the scraping edge helps get out any last bits of sauce SOO much easier.
Super easy to clean (sometimes all it needs is a rinse – i.e. if using to scoop up some fruit), and has held up very well with repeated use and cleaning in the dishwasher.

But I ended up actually using it for cooking as intended. I’m entertained and surprised by how handy this utensil can be for some foods (ie separating noodles or mixing in sauces). I had no expectations but it is actually a quality product, assuming you need an oversized silicone fork. My original plan was to use this to excavate soil from around tree roots since the silicone should protect roots from damage if poked, but that usage will now have to wait until this utensil shows signs of damage from intended usage. I would consider the size to be at the smaller end for a cooking utensil.

Ground beef, fish, pasta, eggs… this amazing little fork is sturdy but flexible and is the best kitchen utensil we have! Definitely the most used!! It has a nice grip, and is super easy to clean. This will make a nice stocking stuffer this year for family!
