It was packed well and arrived almost on time. I removed the IB from its packaging to wash it and without having used it yet, here are some observations. The main body “housing” is heavy and feels substantial. The blender attachment feels really light and a bit flimsy. Also when I washed that piece, it seemed to fill up with water. It’s definitely hollow and NOT water tight which is a concern for mold growth. The frother and whisk attachment both feel flimsy as well. I’m very concerned about the longevity and safety of this product. I’ll update after using it.

Purchased to make purees for baby. Have used it to make a smooth cream of broccoli soup as well. It is very easy to use and easy to clean. the first one i received was a returned item that would not even turn on. good thing amazon replaced it.

Loved this from the start and found the attachments to be very helpful however it stopped working within 6 months and I can no longer return it. As someone who cooks daily, I need something like this in my kitchen and am bummed that this broke so quickly.

After reading the reviews of many other immersion blenders, I was skeptical to try one. I’ve only used this a handful of times but it does what it needs to. It has a little bit of heft to it and more than enough power to suit my needs. Recommend!

I purchased this blender with high hopes, only to be sorely disappointed by its performance. Firstly, the build quality is subpar as the plastic piece connecting the motor to the blades snapped after minimal use. This rendered the blender completely useless, leaving me with a broken appliance and a feeling of wasted investment. Perhaps it has too much power for the material used.
Furthermore, the design flaw in the blade guard allows liquids to seep into the inner components, making it incredibly difficult to clean. Remnants of food persist within the inaccessible crevices, leading to unpleasant odors and potential health hazards as the food residue decays within the device.
Overall, this immersion blender has proven to be a regrettable purchase, failing both in durability and practicality. I would strongly advise against buying this product, as it not only falls short in functionality but also poses sanitation concerns that compromise its usability.
