I was not anticipating this having a similar cook time to the gas stove top, nor did I expect a quality cook; it has both! Very pleased.
I wanted this for vacations for several reasons: The many reasons we do not like eating-out, cookware in hotels can be questionable with Teflon, poorly maintained cookware, and bringing mine is a huge hassle…. In the past, I have cooked all our meals and froze them in our travel freezer. Microwaving frozen food leaves the texture unpleasant and we prefer not using microwaves.
In the end, I needed the top to make sausage/bacon, 2 eggs with vegetables and goat cheese, pancakes and melt butter. I need the tray to warm homemade bread, and make a single serve, homemade pizza (dough, pre-made – NOT actually baking a pizza/dough), just warming/toasting bottom.
I have made all of these with success in a reasonable amount of time – similar to cooking on stovetop and toaster oven.
The toast tray was not as flimsy as I read in reviews. In fact, it slid right in and out. It does need to be between the track, but I cannot figure out why others had problems.
Zero smell. Despite the ceramic top, I was expecting some sort of off-gas from the insides. I am typically very sensitive to this and dreaded it for the first attempt at using it, but no unpleasant odor! Very pleased.
Overall, I highly recommend this if it suits the needs you are looking for… It is compact enough for us to place in one of our travel containers and easy to clean to keep vacation still vacation. 🙂

I have a little kitchen area that I’ve been trying to find the right breakfast station to meet my needs. I like toast, eggs and pancakes, so this 3 in 1 Breakfast Maker Station looked like it would fit my needs exactly. There is a little 5 minute timer on the side of the station that turns on the heat. The manufacturer photos made it look like this was the perfect set-up for me. Unfortunately, the toast tray does nothing more than warm the bread. I ran it for a full 5 minutes, and there was no toasting, yet burned part of the crust. So, 1 of the 3 features in the photo is incorrect. Next, eggs and pancakes. Yes, this breakfast station does work for those, yet make sure you follow directions and add butter or oil to the surface to make the food release easier. A small spatula (that would be a great idea for the manufacturer to include) is needed to get the food out. Next, bacon/sausage. Bacon needs to be cut in smaller pieces to fit on this grill. Five or six sausages fit well. The lid needs to be removed during the cooking process to flip the bacon or roll the sausages for equal browning. The five minute timer was not enough cook time for either of these items to completely cook through. Overall, this is a small and cute little breakfast station for those who have limited space and unlimited time to keep turning on the timer to complete the cooking process, and you get warm bread and not toast. I’ll say it again…the manufacturer photos are more than misleading, yet that’s business.

The top egg and meat frying area works great. However the tray at the bottom meant to toast, doesn’t do much, definitely not toast.
So have your toaster handy and all will be fine, easy cleanup too.

This is a joke right? It will not make toast. it has not tempature adjustment. 5 minute timer knob. over cooks 1 egg under cooks 2 eggs in the 5 minutes. hashbrowns don’t cook in 5 minutes. I think excepting this as a great product shows the quality food people think is great. This it $40 waisted. I told the truth so Amazon probably won’t post this since it’s not positive

We eat a lot of hard boiled eggs and doing them in a pressure cooker worked fairly well – if we paid attention. So this seemed like it might be a step up (more automated, less subject to timing errors).
And it was. It did hard boiled eggs excellently; with minimal involvement. Since the manual indicated both a time, a water volume and the buzzer to indicate doneness, I did set an external timer for the specified time, and I did use the manual’s suggestion to leave it in 1 minute beyond the buzzer, using the timer with higher priority than the buzzer.
I presume that it would do medium and soft boiled as well, or at least could be made to do them the way you like them with some trial and error. I don’t eat either, so didn’t bother trying.
The “poached egg” option was disappointing. I like poached eggs, but I don’t like the amount of egg lost in the poaching process. The ones done using this were a bit disappointing. Most of the egg was overdone (which probably could have been compensated with by using less water), except there was a bit of uncooked liquid on top. I’d say that it ended up the equivalent of medium boiled, but out of the shell.
The omelet option was enticing, and it was a dismal failure. The top side was cooked to perfection and the bottom side was still mostly liquid. I’d say the omelet pan needs to have a conductive bottom to cook that side better.
I’d give it 5 stars as a hard egg cooker, but the omelet disappointment and 2 usability quirks moves it down to 4 stars overall.
Quirk 1: The measuring cup for the water is critical to the operation, but the graduations are next to unreadable. I have to hold the cup to a bright light and put my thumb where I want the water up to. Then put it up to the light to make sure I got the level right. At least they don’t appear that they can be rubbed off. Some kind of contrast on the graduations would greatly improve the usability.
Quirk 2: The buzzer is very quiet. If you are close, with good ears and little background noise, it’s fine. If you have hearing loss, are in another room or there is noise going on, not so much.
After cooking, it takes forever for the hard boiled eggs to cool off. It does not mention it in the instructions, but I transfer them to an ice bath after cooking.
UPDATE: Apparently, temperature and/or humidity affect the operation. Later trials had the hard boiled eggs have a soft center. Slightly increasing the water and setting the time for 2 minutes past the estimated time fixed this.
More surprising, the poached eggs came out pretty good with standard water and leaving the top on for 1 minute after turning it off per the buzzer.
Even more surprising, the omelet came out pretty good with slightly more water and leaving the top on 2 minutes after turning it off per the buzzer.
If the instructions were a bit more comprehensive and the measuring cup markings visible, I’d give this 5 stars now.

I don’t write very many reviews, but this on shocked me. I had very low expectations, and honestly figured there was an 80% chance this would quickly go on the donate to salvation army pile. I have actually used it for several days, and found myself reaching for it again today.
I put two eggs in. I cook for 4 minutes, then flip for three minutes. I buy pre cooked bacon, so I put a couple pieces in the other side for the 3 minute timer. The only thing I don’t like is the toast only holds one slice and it doesn’t really toast, more warms the bread.

This product is convenient to use and can sit on the countertop if you want. I use it for other things besides breakfast. Like a grilled cheese sandwich or things I want toasted. The one thing that I don’t care about is the toaster doesn’t really get the toast done as well as I like it. However, if I run it through a couple of times it works out well. Great value for the money as well I don’t have to drag out pots and pans to cook on the stove when I can just pull this out and it’s right there. Best of all it doesn’t heat up my kitchen.

I know how to boil eggs per say, but this is just wonderful, easy to use, only takes 15 minutes depending on how you like you eggs, and then your done and can eat your boiled eggs. It comes with a sharp thing to poke at the end of the eggs before cooked, and the shell just falls right off.

The product is great, but smaller than expected.
