I bought two of these for additional storage and counter space for a camper. They fit perfectly in the two corners at the foot of the bed and allows me to squeeze by. I added baskets that are advertised to sit on to of the toilet tank and they fit perfectly on the shelves that are the full length. Square baskets for the other shelves. Perfect for tshirts, tanks, underwear, socks. The top is perfect for a 24″ tv or monitor. Easy to put together. Pay attention to where the plastic rings go or you will end up unscrewing the posts to do again. (Yep, I did that) Definitely not heirloom quality but perfect for the price. No tools needed. Everything screws together. Posts are plastic. That was a “hmmm” moment when I first opened but they actually fit together easily.
Yuck, no profile wanted nor any desire to share information –
Typical frugal item. Went together as well as expected.
I would give it 5 ☆, but I figured at least one person, not cognizant that $33 desks are cheaply made, would complain it was cheap & not deserving 5 stars, so I gave it ☆☆☆☆.

It didn’t work out the way I planned but it will do. I wanted to put my laptop on the top and pinter on the bottom but my printer wouldn’t fit. The spacing between shelves is not wide enough. Also the directions are not super easy to follow. I ended up forgetting two washers but I didn’t see it until I put it all together… Oh well. Sad I can’t put my printer and laptop on this desk like I wanted but over it’s decent.

I was looking for something to use as a TV stand but didn’t really wanted to get a TV stand. Looking around I came across this desk. Im gonna be honest, I was skeptical at first. Not only because of the price, but a lot of the reviews were mentioning that it was not as sturdy. After searching for a few days I decided to throw my best judgement out the window and let the price wrap me and pull me and I ended up purchasing it. My TV is not that big (43″ sony) and I only have my PS4 and switch dock with the TV on the desk and it has hold pretty good.
Assembly is very simple and quick (took me around 10-15 minutes) and instructions are straight to the point. This desk in particular doesn’t have many parts to it so it can be assembled by one person but don’t be afraid to ask for help. Recommend to tighten all the screws after for a more secure feel and just keep a eye on the wood that supports the desk on the top and the bottom. When I was assembling it I made the mistake of not pay so much attention when putting the pieces together so the unfinished wood is actually showing towards the front (I personally don’t care about that since I bought the desk and planned to store things underneath it and what I have its actually covering it) so just be careful with that. The desk does wobble if moved but for the most part as long as you don’t put anything too heavy and have it in a place where it will not be touched or in danger of being banged, it should work out. If using it as a TV stand as myself I would say the biggest TV it would fit would probably be a 49″ depending on the stand of the TV itself.
Overall satisfied with my purchase thus far and definitely recommend if you just want a surface for storage/display of some sorts type of use but its nothing crazy heavy for cheap.

Original review: (1 star) This is the third product I’ve ordered from Furinno, and the last two were both extremely easy to assemble and look fantastic. This product, however, not only requires extra tools (the TV stand and end table I previously ordered required no tools at all), the product I received was borderline useless. Nearly every piece was damaged upon opening the box (cracked, chipped edges, broken corners, etc.), and when I reached out to the company for a replacement, I received no response. This item was meant to be a nice, small desk for my guest room, but I would be embarrassed to have anyone see the quality of this product if I’d continued assembling it. There was no portion that wouldn’t have been visibly damaged.
I’m extremely disappointed. I saw the mixed reviews prior to purchase, but I ignored them because I’d had good experiences in the past. Given my experiences so far, I’d say you have a 33% chance of receiving something useless from this company. You can choose to take that chance, or select another company’s product instead.
UPDATE: (3 stars) The company did eventually respond, though only to tell me they were out of stock and to request a refund from Amazon. I instead requested a replacement, as I really did want this desk. The replacement arrived quickly, and it was in MUCH better condition, though there were still a few nicks on the top board. The styrofoam was just beginning to break down, which makes me think that Amazon’s stock is old, which is why so many of us are receiving damaged units.
I will say, though, that it was very easy to put together by myself, and it looks very cute. I’m concerned about how easily it may be scratched, and it is small, but it’s good for a small apartment, dorm room, or kid’s room (provided they’re careful with it). I will say, though, that it is now significantly more expensive than it was when I bought it, and I don’t think it’s worth the current cost of around $75. You can get a much higher quality product in that price range instead. If you see it for around $40, it’s a good buy for the price. The score was raised because the final product really is very cute, and it suits my purposes very well.

Don’t even bother to buy this desk if you don’t have a tool set. I’d recommend using a power tool… otherwise, you’re in for hell. Several hours of pure and utter misery. I hated everything about putting this desk together.
With that said, the instructions were fairly clear, and included helpful pictures. All the necessary pieces were in separate bags and clearly labelled. There were a few pieces I didn’t know how to use, but the instructions had me covered, so as far as it goes, I think that part was very well done.
I just wish someone would have warned me before I bought it that I’d need tools I didn’t have… one screw driver simply is not enough to make this a doable task. It took HOURS and my wrists were killing me by the time I was done.
All the same, once the desk was finally put together, it’s held itself together well.
The pieces are all made out of pressboard, so it’s not the most durable thing. I wouldn’t put anything too heavy on it, like a desk computer would be a no go if you ask me. A laptop and some books, however, are no problem for this little desk.
I’ve used it for drawing, which results in me leaning heavily on the desk, and I’ve even fallen asleep at it a time or two, so as far as pressboard goes, it’s pretty durable. Plus, it’s so lightweight that you can just pick it up and move it any time you want, which is very convenient to me as someone who likes to spontaneously rearrange my room every time the whim hits me. I also move a lot, and my bedroom is on the second floor, so whenever I inevitably have to move everything down the staircase to leave… I’m going to be really glad that I got a desk which weighs next to nothing. This would be a great desk for a college dorm, for that reason.
By the way, I want to warn you that this desk is very little. It’s a small desk for petite people. I daresay that if my sister got this desk, she’d be unable to use it because she’s quite a bit taller than me. Nevermind that she wouldn’t have leg space, she’d be hunching over it to the point that if she ever used it, she’d wind up with back pain.
I’m a tiny little five foot two, hundred pound girl. I fit perfectly at this desk, but if you’re not a small person or a child, it will feel cramped to you, guaranteed.
Also, be careful about what chair you buy. If the chair is too tall, or the arms too long, you won’t be able to sit comfortably at the desk. Pay attention to those measurements. As near as I can tell, the measurements for everything on the desk- including its size when it’s built- are accurate. So, before you buy a chair to go with the desk, or buy the desk to go with your chair, I suggest that you make sure they’ll fit together like two pieces of a very satisfying puzzle.
Overall, it was a pain to put together, but it would have been very easy if I’d had everything I needed beforehand. It serves its purpose well, doesn’t take up much space, and it looks pretty nice. Not to say it looks like a full, fancy desk, but it doesn’t look cheap either. It’s simply a modest desk. For the price- at least when you compare it to most other desks on the market- I’d say this was well worth it.

Let me start off with some background. My wife adopted a little girl which meant we were losing the full use of second bedroom of our two bedroom apartment. This was traditionally our shared office space/junk room. With the repurposing of that room, we got rid of our desks and had to integrate our workspace into the living room. My wife got a nice ikea desk but I decided to go deskless and just use a lap tray for my laptop. This didn’t last long. I needed a place for stationary and to serve as my at-home base of operations.
The only space not dedicated to baby stuff was a small section beside our couch where our end tables had been relegated. I was glad to see this desk fit that space perfectly.
Pros: Cheap. This desk was not only cheaper than the alternatives at target and wal-mart, but the rounded shelves gave it a nicer look. Not to mention, it was two fewer sharp corners in an increasingly baby proofed home.
Easy assembly. If you’ve put together anything from ikea, this should pose no challenge.
Cons: Pieces aren’t very well labeled, but there are so few you shouldn’t really need the labels. I like the fact that I don’t have big ugly letter stickers on each piece. The piece letter is stenciled onto the unfinished edge but it isn’t very clear. You’re better off just comparing the pieces to the instructions. Also, the finish was worn off of the edge of my shelves when they arrived. I would complain, but the desk was super cheap and I just touched up the worn spots with a sharpie, end of crisis.
Regarding other complaints:
1. Screw holes not fully drilled – right, because it is particle board. Even without the pre-drilled holes screws work into the "wood" easily, if the holes were drilled too deeply, the screws wouldn’t take. I found the whole screw situation pretty well done. The whole unit comes together using a series of dowels, cam locking bolts and a few screws.
2. Desk is wobbly on carpet – I misunderstood this at first. When I read that people found the desk wobbly I thought they were referring to the construction of the desk itself. After assembly, I noted how solid it felt. When I put it on the carpet, however, I realized what people meant. On the carpet, it sometimes appears as though the whole thing might tip over. However, this is because it is so narrow relative to its height. Mine stabilized once I put things onto it and had it pushed up against the side of the couch. If you have it against a wall, just anchor it. If you are using it on a hard surface, it won’t even need that.
3. Space – the dimensions are clearly listed. The desktop comfortably fits a 19" laptop, mouse, a desk lamp and space to charge up my phone. If you are unsure, measure your stuff and see if it will fit before ordering.
I never expected to get a super expensive desk on the cheap. I wanted something that fit into a small space within some very specific dimensions (which this did). If it wobbled, I stabilized it. If something didn’t fit, I made it fit. If there was a scuff, I touched it up. For $50 I expected exactly what was described, not a turnkey solution in a box.
The desk isn’t perfect. But I think it is still worth the $50 depending upon your needs.

First let me say that I like the product. However, it’s important to note that you should follow each instruction carefully! Especially the part about the tools needed. I called myself trying to get it done in less the time so I decided to use a drill instead of a handheld screwdriver, and STRIPPED THE WOOD immediately 🙄😩. After that, my husband had to use longer screws because the ones that came with it would no longer fit. Needless to say, it was my mistake and I learned how to follow instructions the right way after that 🤗😜.
Okay, so I actually ordered 3 of these desk. One of them I damaged but one of them arrived with a huge crack in the wood. I understand how this could happen being that I learned very quickly that the wood is extremely delicate. I’m certain it was mishandled during the shipping process. It’s all beat up around the corners as well. On the front of the box is “Heavy” but it should say “fragile” even though it’s wood inside. It’s actually more like sheet rock.
It’s definitely worth the price, but take your time and follow all of the instructions. I ordered these for my homeschoolers so hopefully they aren’t too ruff on them. Other than that, they definitely look nice.
I’ll update further after some usage.
