   I love the Frontier Cajun Seasoning. It is very delicious and flavorful. I have been adding it to all of my dishes and meals lately. I rated it 4 stars because I was expecting a bit more Cajun “kick”. Other products by Frontier have more bold, intense flavor (i.e. Frontier Herbes de Province) and I was expecting that here. That being said, I can flavor a dish (dirty rice, for example) for my teen daughter with this seasoning and it as it is not overly hot or spicy for her taste.

   The flavor is fine it’s just not that hot.

   I’ve tried a few different brands, and this one is the best in every way. I didn’t like McCormick although they say it’s the brand Five Guys uses. I’ve also tried Weber brand, but it was to course and crunchy. This isn’t course. It’s a fine powder, and that’s what you want.

   This is the closest to Five Guys so far.

   I first found this seasoning at cost plus world market for around $7. I bought it there and tried it and fell in love!

   What I was looking for in a cajun seasoning:
   -no salt
   -a good mix of spice and herb
   -some heat but not a lot

   This hit all the marks and I ended up finding and buying it on Amazon for just over $4 a bottle so I got it for a better deal here too! This seasoning product on Amazon matches the one I bought in the store both label and flavor/content-wise. I love making this cajun seasoning rain on my fries and chicken strips! When I have my (home-cut, frozen) fries and chicken strips I usually have two separate ramekins with a bit of salt in one and ketchup in the other. It’s delightful to eat it this way.

   The seasoning itself is fragrant with a good deal of warmth and nice flavor.

   I believe Frontier Co-Op & Simply Organic are related to each other somehow, as their sites are connected. What I can’t find with Simply Organic, I find in Frontier. Frontier’s products are always fresh.
