The ratchet is on smaller end so be mindful of that. Thankfully, I have small hands. Needed new set with metric included, as new vehicles only use metric. Only complaint is the red liner, with the numbers of the socket sizes, is red. The imprints of the numbers are difficult to see. Good thing it is stamped on the socket but still.

The ratchet is in my experience the best 1/4″ ratchet made by craftsman so far it performs really well and has very little handle play. I got it for $20 which is a decent price I thought considering the price of most ratchet sets anymore. For as little space as it takes up its a prefect thing to throw in your car or truck in case of small emergencies like a blown hose or battery change or anything else that requires smaller sockets. The socket sizes included are 3/16 – 9/16 for SAE and 5mm – 13mm in mm and are well organized in a little plastic case that everything is marked size wise and can be stacked with other sets. Overall another good quality buy from Craftsman.

Can’t beat a good craftsman wrench, finally replacing a Craftsman hand me down ratchet set my family had since the 90s (still works perfectly just missing a few sizes and the carrying case is really beat up) and this feels just as good and has just the essential sizes all in a nice little case that’s easier to store.

Tools & case feel sturdy and were exactly what I needed for working on my car. Toolset can fit nicely into small spaces too.
My main concern is that the wrench is quite small and has no grip on it. I’ve got larger hands and it’s a little awkward to hold. When working in tight spaces, I felt as if I was on the verge of dropping it whenever I was wrenching. So it’s suitable for some car work in a pinch, but probably better suited to bikes or equipment.

Ok now I have a pretty good set of ratchets. I bought this because I needed a certain size and now I have a whole set. Definitely worth the money.
