Not just salted cayenne, Cajun Land is very well balanced flavor without gratuitous levels of heat.
We always use it almost exclusively to season crawfish etouffee. Great in jambalaya, gumbo or any other dish that needs a complete seasoning.

Have used it once and love the taste. I plan to use the seasoning in a variety of things—like chile, taco meat, and shrimp dishes). It will be fun to experiment since there is so much seasoning in the container.

Only have to use a little for a big flavor! I used it on fish and chicken and both tastes so good. I also used in beans and lentils for a zesty and authentic Louisiana flavor. I wish it were sold everywhere but unfortunately I can only get it in New Orleans and now Amazon.

lived many years in south louisiana…..am a restaurant owner devoted to all things zatarains…..but this product cracked part of that devotion…use repeatedly as a creole seasoning (along with louisiana gold)…way too pricey on amazon but i bought it anyway….outstanding product…..and, yes, is worth the price if you cannot source elsewhere.
