I tend to replace my frying pans about every 2 years. I’ve tried different surfaces and materials over the years. My last set was the so-called “stone” finish which discolored a bit with use. So I wanted to go back to a hard surface like on these T-fals.
I’ve been using them now for a few months and I LOVE these pans. They perform SO well and look like a professional product. I don’t really get the color change thing in the center but I also have a good idea of when the pan is heated.
It’s a pleasure to cook anything in these, especially eggs. The 8 and 10 inch lids from my old set fit these, and I use tops quite a bit. So you might want to consider getting a set with tops if you don’t have any that might fit.
The handle is very nice, the design is high tech, the bottom of the pan look really well engineered. Time will tell, but I think I will be happy with this set for a very long time.

1 less star cause it didn’t come with lids but these are my new favorite pans. Needed to replace my old tfal pans that had a lot of wear and tear. Evenly cooks and is a true non stick pan. Of course I seasoned it before use but you don’t even need to add oil. Egg test passed!
