Description

We used this in our bathroom remodel and loved the look, super bright. The only downfall was ours arrived with a tiny chip in the glass. Not noticeable unless you’re up close but was still a bummer. Still love this light!

By cheaper, I mean the build quality… most similar fixtures that you get from a big box store have a couple of simple things that make them way better…
This fixture is very basic, it is a universal light bar, that is designed for interchangeable shades, and the shades with this are literally skewers tied to a circle with lanyard. Very cheap.
It looks ok, but the real problem is… installation.
Almost all lights of any type I have ever installed have a matched frame that attaches to the wall/ceiling box, passes the wires through, and then the lamp body attaches to that frame… this light has a bar… that screws across the wall/ceiling box, and then you have to blindly screw two screws straight through the front of the lamp body into that bar. It is a simple problem that was solved years ago and makes this one more difficult to install than it needs to be.
But, at the end of the day, it doesn’t look bad.
I just wish it didn’t use candelabra bulbs.

I purchased 2 Globe Electric 59629 Jackson 3 Track Lighting, Dark Bronze, Antique Brass Accents as an interior designer. It’s difficult to select perfect decor items online solely via pictures and written descriptions, and unfortunately due to the pandemic many brick and mortar shops remain with inventory & variety shortages.
When I purchase decor items on Amazon, I’m careful to find vendors who offer free returns with full refunds, I’m also extremely careful upon returning items to pack them back into boxes exactly as they arrived.
Globe Electric honors their return policy 100% without issues, I’m so grateful for them as I’ve had horrible issues with another Amazon vendors who DO NOT follow their word on returns.
I highly recommend shopping at the Globe Electric Store to receive the best customer service!

I found the odd design of assembling the glass shade and decorative ring using the socket ring to be odd and a bit frustrating due to the following:
1) The socket ring (part that screws in and holds the glass shades in place) seems very cheap, and it didn’t screw in easily. I continually worried that the socket ring was going to bend, or that something was going to be damaged as I attempted to assemble the light fixture due to the feel of this part.
2) The “decorative” ring that sits atop the glass shade doesn’t secure very well. As I mentioned, it only sits atop the glass shade, so ensuring it is centered while attempting to use the socket ring to secure everything is difficult.

This was a purchase for a bathroom remodel. It really gave the reno an elevated finished touch for a very affordable price.
