It was working amazing, but I wasn’t making anything much stiffer than brownie batter. Well, I made cookies (of course after the return policy and I never buy the insurance) and it couldn’t handle a stiffer batter. The wisks stopped spinning entirely and it just won’t turn on.

I was so excited about the 2-in-1 concept of this mixer; however, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I used it for the first time. Worked great the first time I turned it one, but once I turned it off to add more ingredients, it wouldn’t turn back on. I waited a few minutes and tried again, nothing. I even gave it a second try the next day, with the same results. I will be returning it today.
