I consume a lot of different powdered drinks whenever I hike, which is quite often. I appreciate the simple ingredients and the low sugar. The electrolytes in Nuun is considerably more than my usual go-to, but it also has more powder per packet as well. Unfortunately, the flavor is very weak. If I am having a flavored packet, I want a stronger flavor. 1.5 packets to a bottle of water seems to be better, but then it is too strong on the Stevia. I strongly dislike Stevia, and because it has a particularly strong Stevia aftertaste, it prevents me from continuing to consume this Nuun Sport Powder. If you don’t mind that aftertaste and prefer not strong flavors, this is for you.

It’s a nice product to make a sports drink at home. I’m not sure I would reorder it, because I prefer drinking Powerade and Gatorade.

I depend on nuun hydration packets to keep me from fainting every day. They are the only brand that has the minerals my doctor recommends that I need. But I got my usual order and they’ve cut each packet in half by the amount that you normally put in there and I think it’s a real shame.
