Tastes great, no HFCS, better than plain water, which if you drink too much of, can flush out good minerals and electrolytes. Use occasionally as a supplement.

I am not typically a fan of grape flavors but found this to be enjoyable because it is not overly sweetened. It helped restore depleted electrolytes and mixed quickly without chunks. I used this as an adult so I am uncertain about its usefulness or taste as approved by children. Tastes similar to the liquid version of Pedialyte that you can also purchase, but I appreciate the single serving size so that I am not opening a large bottle when I only need a little at a time. Usually the larger bottle gets thrown away without further use so this is a good alternative for that reason.

Yeahhhh! I have been trying to order these for over a year. I have health issues and mix half water with pedilyte. Very best way to hydrate and isn’t as sugary when I use half a packet with water, plus it last twice as long!
But the beauty is that it’s portable, I’ve been purchasing the jugs and obviously they don’t transport as well!!
So excited that the packets are back In stock!!
