I keep my house spotless no matter how many kitties I have. I have one problem cat, and thought I would test this since I’m used to their products for other cleaning.
This doesn’t work. Not even once. Every location he sprays, I thoroughly clean with enzymatic cleaners (their brand) following their instructions (keep wet and let stand for x mins whatever), spray over with this, and it takes minutes to hours for him to decide it’s time to spray there again.
I have ruled out issues in my home causing his behavior and we know the issues and how to handle the kitty and his health, etc. This product should work regardless of the cause of the spraying, and it does not.

Smelling is strong but not very bad. But 4 Cats (Different color) none of them stopped by this spray. Just do what they usually do like nothing happend. Use over about whole bottle at the same place already. Still.
Refund? For amazon policy it said need to return with original condition (How you could know if it worked or not with original condition) and official website will request you paid the shipping (for the product) and then they might be send you the refund. Deducted the shipping cost you might only got couple dollars back or lost more money for the shipping and your time. So the Satisfaction Guarantee just a JOKE.

I have a lot of cats from participating in rescue over the years. I always prided myself on the fact that they all got along great. However – Youngest kid went to college, and then moved rooms when he returned. One of our rescues that has been here since he was a kitten and is neutered became territorial. This is a first for me. I want to get him to the vet to see if one of his “boys” was missed during the neuter – because this does not seem normal to me. At any rate, when he has marked, one of our other neutered male cats comes along and is like “oh, is this what we are doing now?” and then squirts a tiny bit nearby. Then, my only purebred, the oriental shorthair, is completely upset at the spraying, so he holds his urine, starts acting like a weirdo, which causes the original sprayer to chase him. WHAT IS GOING ON? I’ve always had peace in my house of cats until this occurred. Anyway, I use an enzyme cleaner which totally takes the smell away for humans, but I felt like a needed a deterrent. So far, this is working really well. There is no more marking in the areas I have sprayed this. I’m guessing I will have to refresh the smell on occasion. I do have to say this product smells wonderful. I really love the smell of it. It’s pleasant and soothing. I will be buying more. As a reminder to those with cats – cats don’t go outside of the litter box unless there is a problem. We have ruled out medical, so this territorial situation has a reason behind it. Don’t give up on your cats. Solve the puzzle, find the problem, and then start troubleshooting so it doesn’t happen anymore.

I love the smell of this product and my cats have not had a negative reaction to it which is a plus. I have used this for about a week and it has worked okay. My cat still peed in the spot even with this spray being in the area. I do wonder if this would be more effective if sprayed on the carpet. My cat has been peeing on the floor so when I clean it and spray this product it isn’t being absorbed. I do think the scent goes away after a while which is when my cat would then pee in this area. I since have put foil in the spot and have sprayed this and have not seen my cat pee back here since. This honestly works better as a deodorizer for the room.

I love this product! Works well on furniture and leave a wonderful scent. Reminds me of fall with its cinnamon scent. Very fragrant and lasts for days!

Really helps training kittens and cats but you may need to use it for awhile, especially if you have other cats or ones who are outdoors. Helps much more to use an attractant litter and/or an attractant additive with it also.

i wish the nozzle on this bottle had a better mist-like spray setting. the spritz tends to be more like a jet of liquid, which leaves large droplets. i might re-bottle this stuff into a separate bottle with a better mist spray.
i think it’s working on my cat? some more testing needed but so far so good
