As tiny as an ant smh –
The desk seems more of a child / teen size desk, I purchased this desk for my office space, tho its going to be used, I just wish I could return, if only it was a tab of length longer, now it was easy to assemble, seems like something didnt go right with screwing the screws it came with when finally turning the desk up right theres open space where if you have rubber bands, pin needles small thin items on your desk itll roll right off in between the open space wich concerns me but I plan to buy a table runner cloth to cover that open space up, it feels if you screw it any tighter the wood would crack. Its a nice desk I’d say. just very very small close to body when sitting in chair the L shape just snuggles around close to the body is the best way to put it and it took two people 3 hours to completely put it together. It came with one L tool which is truly all you need, the screws all fit well just be perpared its time consuming. I would only advise to purchase this desk if for a teen, college student or in need of a very small space. oh BTW it took forever to ship to me, I got so nervous I had to call to check on the status that was upsetting, but it did come so just incase be perpared for a long wait, maybe, it was for me…

Overall, I like this desk.
I ordered 2 desks of different designs, one for home and one for Church study. This one under the CubiCubi name, and the other under the Cubiker moniker. See the end of the review for a few protips that solve some issues people have had with assembly.
When this one arrived, I was concerned about the condition of the box. However, everything inside the box was intact.
The assembly was relatively easy. I gave it four stars, but there are a few places where two people are necessary. All the tools are provided (see pro-tip 2 below) and there are extras of most spare parts in case you lose or damage screws/dowels.
I chose the rustic finish and really like it. The surface treatment seems very durable, and the boards are of a very dense composite board. I sort of hoped the metal would be 18gauge, but are only 20g. However, the desk seems very strong, stable, and sturdy.
The drawer is not great. The supports are stamped steel, that you fold to form a channel.. The drawer is like the pop up baskets you might purchase for shelf storage. The drawer will not hold itself in the frame when you pull it forward. Originally I was going to put my desk drawer organizer full of pens, pencils and many other things. It fit in the drawer, but was too heavey. The drawer now holds thumb drives, charging cords, cleaning cloths and a few small external drives–and I have a pen cup instead.
I am using the desk as an office desk for my laptops, and it works well. It is solid enough the be a gaming desk, but 19inches might be too shallow if you have a large monitor. The longer side of this desk is great, and I am glod I purchased this model that is 67in long instead of the one that is 59in.
Overall, a great little desk and I am well pleased.
Pro-tips:
1-When assembling the frame, only finger tighten the screws. This will allow some extra movement when lining the screws up that hold the desk top on. Once the top screws are in and finger tight, tighten up the frame. Then square up the top and tighten it down starting from one end and moving to the other. Tighten the wire cross supports last, after everything is squared.

I just put this desk together and so far it seems sturdy and looks very nice. I haven’t gotten everything set up on it yet, unfortunately I have a one year that likes to be every where he is not supposed to be lol. But with two people and no toddlers around, set up should only take a half hour or so. It is reversible, which it really nice and set up was a breeze thanks to the destructions being easy to follow. It shows you how to set it up one way, so reversing it was easy to figure out. I will update when I have everything set up and I figure out where to put my rig. 5 stars through for me at the moment.
***Side note*** I was missing one screw, but once it was put together, the one screw was in a place that it didn’t matter and it’s easy to find at a hardware store. Also, as I’ve mentioned, nothing lines up exactly. It seems like most of the parts are off by a CM in some way, but it’s not really bothersome and it’s not off center. That’s just me being nitpicky.
**UPDATE** I posted a few pictures after having everything set up. This desk is very sturdy. I’ve worked at it for 16 hours now and I really like the feel. It’s really me being nitpicky, but I wish I had just a little more room to stretch my legs, but I’m also used to sitting at a kitchen table. It’s nice and tall without using the adjustable feet.

Very good, has lots of leg room and lots of space (I would estimate about 4 22in monitors could fit without anything else on it), its sturdy standing up but can’t put too much weight on it.

Once assembled this desk looks very nice. Use 2 people to assemble as frame is very flimsy until secured together and the Instructions are basically just stick diagrams and can be hard to follow. It took me a long time trying to hold up the frame while tightening the screws and keeping everything straight. The top is just plywood but seems sturdy and does make the desk sturdier but I still wouldn’t put too much weight on it. It’s perfect for my tablet and monitor and accessories that I work with and gives me a large amount of work space which is what I was looking for, I still put my printer on another table as I’m concerned about the amount of weight on the frame. I wouldn’t move it around often as it will weaken the frame. The drawer really is a waste, all I put in it was a couple pieces of paper and some sticky pads and it looks like it’s going to pop out. It’s just two pieces of thin metal that you have to bend in place and screw in the bottom of the plywood and the drawer itself is just material that unfolds with a piece of cardboard on the inside bottom to hold it open. Putting anything heavy in it will cause it to drop right out. Overall, it good for the price but I doubt it will last for a long time.

I really like this desk. it’s a nice simple desk and a great size for what I was looking for. Set up was a little confusing at first but overall was really easy to put together. It seems like a really sturdy desk and will work perfectly

With all the negative reviews I read on this desk before buying, I thought I would set everything straight now that I have it fully assembled. I’m going to reference 3 points that people focused on in there negative reviews, and give my $0.02….
QUALITY
Now people need to keep in mind, this desk is made in china. With china being a manufacturing hub for the world, not all factory’s in china focus on one key product. the same factory that makes this desk for CubiCubi very well could manufacturer luggage and iphone cases…sounds stupid but it’s true. That being said, quality standards vary from factory to factory and higher quality can be purchased at a premium which in turn would raise cost on the consumer. NOW the quality of this desk is decent for the price. Is the metal cheap and thin? sure. Is there shotty looking spots welds? Absolutely. But it went together like butter, and adding each lill piece and bolt made it stronger and sturdy as assembly went forward.
ASSEMBLY
I read that the instructions where hard to understand, and nothing was labeled, holes were off etc. etc. OK….I think people that write nonsense reviews like this, comprehend at a 3rd level or lower. The instructions are simple pictures, everything labeled by number or letter with the corresponding pieces and hardware labeled as well. I mean, if you have ever seen a Lego instruction manual before it’s basically the same minus some pages and full color. I will admit there is ALOT of pieces and you can very easily assemble the wrong piece in the wrong spot, so you must pay attention to the orientation of each labeled piece. Other than that I really didn’t find it that complicated.
PRICE
Onto the point that I’ve been waiting for, the price. So many reviews bashed the cost vs. quality like they were expecting to receive a diamond and gold infused counter table or something…ITS A $120 DESK! Let’s get real people, if you go shopping for a desk, real high quality desks are EXPENSIVE! I mean even ikea alternatives can get quite pricey. THIS SPECIFIC desk is very exceptional for the price, it’s not perfect but it will definitely get the job done. I really am losing hope in humanity.
That was the long, now here’s the short of it:
-Great desk for a LOW price
-Very sturdy once it’s all together
-Packaging was exceptional
-Assembly was fair
All in all, I’m happy with it but your results may vary.

I rated this 3 stars because it’s average.
Overall, its ok but needs more support and the correct size wooden dowels. I needed a replacement desk because the wooden dowel pins don’t fit and it fell apart as I was building it. I tried to salvage it with wood glue but it didn’t work. After the dowels broke, apparently the leg on one side collapsed which made it useless.
Assembly is easy but in order to ensure this desk stays intact, I used wood glue and gorilla heavy duty double sided tape. I used the glue on both ends of the dowels and used the heavy duty tape where it lacks support. It needs support on all 3 main desktop pieces and all the way around underneath.
I like that it fits perfectly in the corner of my back BR, it fits all of my makeup, and it comes with a small shelf and side storage basket/bin I’ve added more things to the shelf since I took these pictures-tissues and a makeup brush drying holder. I keep it behind my vanity mirror and use the storage basket to hold several eyeshadow palettes. The basket would look better if it was white to match the desk but it works. After I assembled this, I realized I should have bought the larger size as it comes with a small piece and a larger piece. The 47 inch comes with two same size desktop pieces. I was under the impression that both ends were 47 inches from end to end but its 47 from one end of the desktop to the end of the corner piece. That’s my fault for not looking at the dimensions correctly.
Overall, this is ok for my makeup organization but I would not recommend it. If you do decide to purchase it, make sure to use wood glue and heavy duty double sided tape.
