Because of its airy design it does not overwhelm her small study room.. We paired it with a new grey rug and classed up her study space. Putting this thing together was a breeze. Very sturdy. This is just a quick product note: this is an office-grade desk that is extremely solid. One quick tip: you always want to put the cross rail in the “alternative” position so you can later mount drawers if you want.
Another tip: due to the sheer amount of force you need to drive in the screws that connect the top to the frame, you must assemble this upside-down.
One thing I did want to note: although this uses some connectors like twist-locks similar to an Ikea desk for the under frame, there is no similarity between Bush’s rock-solid (and super-heavy) particleboard base and the paper stuff that Ikea uses. The screws that connect the frame to the top are self-tapping wood screws, and you really need a lot of grunt to get them to screw in. I rounded off two Philips screwdrivers mounting that top to the frame, despite bearing down on the screwdriver with all my weight – and the one thing I would request from Bush is better pilot holes. Putting in the 12(!) screws to hold the top on, I ended up getting a huge blister from grabbing the screwdriver. I also ended up using a pair of pliers to get enough leverage to tighten the last screw.
TL;DR: love the desk; could be made with slightly wider/deeper pilot holes to mount the top.

I don’t have a long post but I love this desk. The instructions were simple and straight to the point. It did not take long for me to assemble it. It is extremely sturdy and the 72-inch is plenty of room for my personal computer and work computer. I would recommend this desk, wish i found it sooner.
