We recently purchased two of these desks and put them together. I always get nervous about buying furniture online, but this is a GEM. The boxes are insanely heavy, so be aware of that. The reason is, these boards are thick and sturdy. Instructions are very easy to follow, everything is labeled, and nothing was difficult. I would recommend over and over and over. The price point is insane for the quality of the product.

I recently purchased the Bush Furniture Key West L Shaped Desk for my home office, and overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase. Here are my thoughts:
Color and Appearance:
The color of the desk leans more towards beige rather than grey, which was a bit of a surprise initially. However, the beige hue actually complements my room decor quite nicely and adds a warm, inviting touch to my workspace.
Size and Functionality:
The size of the desk is fantastic. At 60 inches, it provides ample space for my computer, office supplies, and a few decorative items without feeling cluttered. The L shape is particularly useful, giving me an additional work surface that I often use for spreading out documents or setting up another monitor.
Stability:
One issue I’ve encountered is that the desk isn’t completely straight due to the uneven carpet flooring in my room. This has caused a slight wobble, which can be a bit annoying at times. If you have a similar setup, you might need to consider placing the desk on a more even surface or using shims to stabilize it. 🙁
Overall:
Despite the minor stability issue, I am happy with the Bush Furniture Key West L Shaped Desk. I didn’t want just a desk – I wanted something that looked like furniture because I had to take over the dining room as a home office. It took time to put together but instructions were easy to understand. There was a lot more assembly than I expected but I had a drill and some help. The end result is that it looks beautiful. I recommend this item.

I had purchased another L shaped desk from Amazon but the work area was narrow. So I looked and looked for another desk. The lager desks are so pricey and you still have to put them together. It’s some times difficult to tell when you can’t see it in person. I am so glad I bought this. The working area is more bigger and now I can put my work computer (17” and 20” monitors. a laptop and docking station) all fit on one side and my personal computer on the other side. I put it together myself in around 3 hours. Directions were clear and understandable. I did put one of the pieces on backwards but I noticed it before I got to far along. I got the white one and I actually like the color. I think it is a softer white and not the bright white.
I was able to to put it right side up by myself and I didn’t feel like it was going to fall apart on me. It was light but felt sturdy. Take your time putting this together, don’t rush. I felt it was well worth it taking the time. The instructions give a step by step (one page for each step). everything lined up perfectly and no missing hardware. They do have a phone number in the instructions though I didn’t need to use it so I can’t comment on the customer service.
The one thing missing in this desk is the hole for all the plugs to go through so I wouldn’t push the desk completely against the wall. The desk is easy to move at least on hard wood floors, not sure about carpeting.
I love this desk. I have no regrets in my purchase.

Ok so to be completely honest I was a little hesitant of the quality of what we would receive because the price was low. I do have to openly state that the box came busted open on the side (no fault of shipper, nor company) it was just a heavy box (70lbs) and UPS I guess just had a hard time managing getting it here without the sides popping open. I was scared that pieces might had been lost, however on top of the box is a costumer service number with people working until 730 at night, and in the instruction manual there is a number basically on every page saying if you need a part just reach out. Back to product, I would say easy of putting together was 3 out of 5 as it would have been easier with a second person, as a one man show setting this up for my girlfriend that is about to move it, it was a TINY bit difficult at times. Things I would like to stress, is there are a few parts that need to be screwed in, I would suggest an electric drill set low as not to tear up the particle board. As far as the actual desk goes, WOW. I am impressed at their attention to detail. They REALLY thought this desk out as far as design goes. Everything flush mounts like it was meant to be and they include little white “push plugs” that go on top of any “silver” piece that could be seen from the outside. The best part of it is it REALLY looks like wood, the finish is wonderful, and lastly, the ends of the desk have these wood pieces that attach in a different direction so that it really gives it a “solid desk” appearance. HIGHLY suggest! It’s gorgeous and very sturdy. Hope this helps the next person that might be on the fence about this purchase.
