This desk is ok. I was looking for a small desk to create a small workspace while working from home. This desk will work for now but will be moved to my sons room once I find a better one.

As far as size it’s pretty close to what I was looking for. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. I have a lap top and a monitor that I use as double monitors. The way the desk is designed it didn’t work well with them sitting side by side. It didn’t leave much desk space and wasn’t a comfortable position. BUT I put the monitor on the top shelf behind the laptop essentially stacking my monitors instead of being side by side and that changed everything. It felt more ergonomic and I had more space on the desk.

Quality isn’t too bad. It seems sturdy considering the price. I wouldn’t stand on it but I’m confident it will hold up to normal use. The edges were a bit rough. When I first used it it looked like it would snag my clothes and had what looked like splinters..but a little sandpaper can fix that.

What I don’t like is the leg room and the lower side shelves. The width of the area for your legs is VERY narrow. I fidget when I work and this desk does not accommodate that. I’m constantly bumping my legs. Sitting at this desk can be very uncomfortable. Not to mention I can’t push the tiny computer chair I have under the desk.

The lower shelves aren’t very useful. They aren’t enclosed so you can’t keep anything loose on them. Between the open shelves and the narrow leg space I am constantly knocking things off the shelf.

Even though the desk has draw backs I decided to give the desk 4 stars. The desk was relatively cheap and would be great for a kids desk. I wouldn’t recommend this for an average sized adult though.

This desk was purchased for my son’s room. With limited space available, we needed a way to make his space “his own” and both functional and enjoyable. If you’re using a room that is 8×10 and you think outside the box a bit, you can make this work easily. A platform bed, this desk, a decent desk chair (my son is 6′ tall, student chairs are not a good option), and a small entertainment stand will give you plenty of room to work with!

My son is tall and leggy, but there is still plenty of room for him to sit at his desk. I do not recommend setting a stand-style computer monitor on the top shelf, however, as it is just barely going to hold the legs of the monitor. Investing in a cheap wall-mount for your monitor is a better option, and may actually give you better adjustability than the monitor stand would do.

The desk was very easy to assemble. Do NOT use power tools. This IS pressboard. You WILL damage it using power tools and, to be quite honest, they are not necessary. A bit of effort will see it put together in a reasonable amount of time. I do suggest two people, as an extra set of hands is helpful for holding pieces together starting out until you get the “framework” together.

Overall, well-worth the purchase for a simple, space-saving desk for a student.

I needed an inexpensive desk to work from home during Covid, this was a great price, fast shipping, and was easy to put together. It served the purpose of holding my two desktop monitors at a slight angle inward on the top shelf, I also put a tray on the top shelf inbetween the monitors to hold post it notes and pens, keyboard and mouse on the top of the desk with plenty of room for a notebook on the side, drink, and I could eat my breakfast and lunch without moving the keyboard. I had a multi-tier shelf very similar style of this desk but dark grey shelves instead of the brown, next to the desk, which I used for file storage on the bottom and my laptop and dock on the top. I could have fit those on the desk but I wanted the laptop to be a little higher than my head for zoom meetings, the desk is very low so you would end up looking down at the camera. (I’m 5’5 and the laptop on the top shelf of the desk pointed straight at my chin and next. There is not a lot of leg room in the middle so I usually just sat slightly turned. Great for a part time use, a laptop or desktop only, or a writing desk. Would not recommend for full time office desk as it can be uncomfortable after 8 hours sitting sideways, or hunched over as the desk is lower than a standard office desk, or for a large desktop or in my case desktop monitors and a laptop + dock. Even though I’m not working from home anymore this is a great addition to the guest room and will likely end up holding gaming monitors, sitting back with a controller but still having the desk top to set things and the shelves for storage will work out great.

I specifically bought it to use as a studio desk for my 49 key midi controller keyboard and it’s perfect! Easiest thing I’ve ever put together, took about 30-45 minutes. It’s good and sturdy, seems strong but I wouldn’t sit on it for example. I added the clamp on light & mouse tray for my needs. The leg room is indeed a tight area and is perfect for kids, but I’m an average size person and I don’t see larger sized or heavy set people being happy with the size of the desk. Overall it’s worth the money and time it takes to put together!

Where to begin, This product is so terrible that i had to take time to make a review and warn other, and i don’t usually do amazon reviews. I purchased this almost 2 weeks ago. My first order was sent to the wrong address, i requested that it be cancel or changed, for about 3 days while processing and the company never answered, i hope the home that received it for free did not have the same issues as me. Purchasing again to actually receive the package i paid for i waited 4 days only to realize that It never arrived but was marked delivered. While Amazon ordered me another for free, this was another nuisance with the product. The 3rd order arrived a day early and was actually there this time. I opened the package, neatly organized everything into their groups, got my tools, and proceeded to build. Half way through i noticed that a part, marked correctly and on the correct side, was missing tapped holes for the screws, this was a common issues with the parts. This means that i had to force the screws into the wood. After about 45minutes the desk was together, i placed it and put my computer set up together on it. The upper shelf is perfect to placing monitors at head height, but the width leaves something to be desired in the form of room for keyboard and mouse pad/ mouse room. The structural design is shoddy to say the least, even as i type this my entire screen is shaking along with the rest of the desk. Leg room is basically non-existent, I am a smaller man, 5’4 with 33″ waist, my legs barely fit between the support pillars. All in all, 5 minutes into using this desk i immediate order a new, different desk from a different manufacturer. The one thing i can say that is good its size makes it very good for small spaces. I do not recommend this product.

The instructions were pretty self-explanatory; it was not that hard to assemble. Although during the process when I was screwing a screw, a piece of the wood broke (will upload pics). You have lot’s of room to store and display items. Two monitors can fit on the top shelf which was good! There is not that much leg room when sitting due to the 2 black leg stands. I can’t fit my regular size computer chair in that notch area. I am going to see if I can srew those legs more outwards so I can fully sit with my chair in.

Overall, the desk is okay starting out. I am looking to get a new flat desk so I can’t fully sit with my chair into the desk ( that’s my preference). The material is a bit cheap, after 2 months you will see bits of the wood chip away. But the leg room is the main issue with me.

It looks smaller in my room, but the measurements in the description don’t lie. I like the side shelves, had to get few nice looking baskets in the shelves to keep it all in.
Had 1 or 2 minor hiccups during assembly, got help, problems solved. It looks pretty cool. It’s working for me, I like it. (Sorry it’s so cluttered that way I can have a life).

      Never using eBay again

In some cases, you get what you pay for. In this case I got a little more than that. I love how easy it was to build this desk, however I learned that the wood is very, very easy to break. During my process of building it, I attempted to remove a wood panel that I had placed and forgot to insert a leg, I ended up chipping/cracking the wood. I could have used a different technique but I’ve also never experienced this with other wood products that I’ve built.

With all that said, the result of this table came out great, you can’t see the damage, luckily, and would recommend this product to anyone thinking about getting it.

I have been using this table for almost a year now. These are the following points I noticed during the use:
      Pros:
      1. There are a lot of shelves on the table. This table helped me arrange a lot of stuff lying around the room.
      2. The topmost shelf is strong and wide enough to hold the weight of a 32′ LED TV.
      3. The width of the top is just enough to place one laptop and a notebook.
      4. The shelves are thin, which allows using clips-on devices like phone holder and paperclips (for cable management).
      5. The dark color makes it easier to hide dust and stains.
      6. The height of the table is good and it is easy to write and type.
      Cons:
      1. The surface is prone to scratches.
      2. It is difficult to fit in a 15-inch laptop on the table.
      3. The leg room is small.
