I agree with everyone who raves about this serum that the color blends very well giving you a natural matte look. Just be aware if you have older dry skin that this formula doesn’t moisturize at all and will leave your skin feeling slightly dry. I think this is a better formulation for oily or combo skin.

Like a lot of other reviewers, I love the formula of this skin tint, but hate the packaging. The foundation itself is so easy to use, which is exactly what I was looking for. I don’t like spending a lot of time on doing my makeup and I prefer a more natural look, so this is perfect for me. But the dropper bottle does not work well with foundations. You have to make sure you shake really well or else it’s too thick for the dropper and it is just messy in general.

I don’t have mature skin, I’m a teenage girl, but I have frequent breakouts, oily skin, and dry patches constantly! I’m the lightest shade and I pair it with my milk makeup grip primer or my elf grip primer. If you don’t feel like priming you can seriously pair it with a moisturizer no big deal. As a highschooler I use this all the time just because it’s super duper easy and feels super light and sheer. It applies very evenly with a wet beauty blender and is a great beginner base. I apply a translucent powder (Ben nye) after use and it stays on my skin all day, but does start to get shiny after 6/7 hours of wear! I have repurchased this 3 times and Its basically the only foundation I can wear on retinol. It doesn’t cover up redness or pimples super well but it minimizes their appearance, don’t apply directly over a fresh pimple because often it will separate around it. Super good despite!

I’d give this makeup 5 stars but the makeup comes out all over the outside of the dropper and makes a MESS all over the top of the bottle. You have to try and wipe it off and put it back in the bottle, which isn’t the most sanitary way to use makeup, although of course my hands are always washed first before I put on makeup. Goes on TERRIFIC and looks GREAT so why I put up with the mess. It should have something towards the top like a mascara container to take off the excess. I’ve never used the dropper, just take the makeup off of it with my fingers.

I began using Loreal Nude Foundation last year on the recommendation of a Beauty Blogger (Angie, from YouTube’s “Hot and Flashy). I absolutely love this foundation. I use color 3-4 in light medium. Not only does the color match me perfectly (which seldom happens), it has a wonderful light texture which doesn’t settle into fine lines and wrinkles. It’s not a full coverage foundation, which it great. It gives just enough coverage which looks very natural. It also gives you a “glow,” without looking too shiny. I’ve tried pricey foundations by Dior, Chanel and more, and top selling CC creams, but I think this is better, and at a great price point. In addition, a little goes a long way. A truly beautiful foundation for mature skin.

Pros: light weight, smooth finish, color matched and blended well with skin, nice matte finish.
Cons: very messy application and I was expecting medium to full coverage but this seems like light coverage. I’ll still need to use my other under eye concealer and other concealer to conceal blemishes.
I’ll use it up, but most likely won’t purchase again.

Here is a great tip that another reviewer stated. Put the Foundation on BEFORE your Concealer. She was correct. It goes on so smooth and looks better. This makeup looks very natural, like your own skin, but smoother. It feels so good on your skin. I chose the Tan color. I was afraid, it would not match my skin. However, it worked perfect for me. If you choose the correct color, you will not regret buying this. Other reviews were also correct that just a little is needed. I take the applicator, which is full, and blot small dots over my face, then blend it in. The best thing about the Foundation is the SMOOTH coverage! Just buy it! I am 68 years young and my skin is glowing!!
