Review from an oily— no extremely oily skinned person. I usually don’t buy drug store makeup. I find even in translucent powders they always run a bit too pink for my fair olive skin tone. This is actually translucent. It’s so finely milled I can actually set my under eyes with it. I can’t do that with 95% of my high end powders! It blurs my pores and but it’s not too drying where my oily skin try’s to revolt against it. (Like most powders) I use it on my whole face. I have used it to touch up and it works for that as well. I swear it’s comparable to charlotte tilbury flawless finish. I don’t know why more people aren’t talking about this powder. Best part is it’s so cheap I keep them in my purse, work bag, car etc.

If you have dry skin I wouldn’t recommend this. I used it around my face edge and it didn’t look dryer. It set my makeup and blush well. So no go for dry skin but will matte your skin if this is what you’re looking for. WAY TOO SMALL FOR ME! Make a bigger one and I’ll buy it.

I tried the foundation on a whim, absolutely loved it (I’m almost seventy) and loved it so much I began adding other products from e.l.f. I love this pressed powder, something I’ve not used in years, and apply it with a brush. I can pop this into my bag easily. It’s sheer and performs perfectly. There’s no settling into lines, same as with the foundations (I use two shades, one for illumination) and there’s no heaviness or color change. I love this line and am on auto delivery with several products. I’m sold on this company. I used to think it was geared to teens but it’s for anyone, especially those not wanting anything that looks like makeup instead of clean and natural. Love it, just love it!
