I recently purchased the Versatile RGB Touch Lamp, and I must say, it has exceeded all my expectations. This lamp is an absolute game-changer when it comes to lighting and ambiance in my home. Here’s why I love it:

I see a lot of confusion about this product. The directions aren’t very descriptive, .
1. This product does have different color lights . 2. You can turn the color cycling off so that it stays on whatever color you desire. 3. You are able to adjust the brightness, there are three levels
The thing to keep in mind is you navigate this one button device with the timing of your button presses. A long 3 second tap will turn it on and off. The default when you turn it on is the white color. The white is not too cool, nor too warm. You can adjust the brightness and at the highest level it is plenty bright if you need to find something in the room. I don’t think it will adequately light a large dark room on its own. But you can read using this light if you are within a few feet of the lamp (for most people).
. If you want to change to the color setting, then a quick one second tap after the device is turned on. At this point, you will be on the color cycling mode. if you do nothing, the device will cycle through various shades of green, blue, red, yellow, etc. For example, you will see a turquoise blue, a cornflower blue, a hot pink, a pale green, etc. If you want to select a particular color, wait until it cycles to the color you like, and use a one second tap to select. This will pause it on the color that was lit when you tapped the button.
If you want to turn the device off, just press the button for three seconds. You will have to repeat the process every time you turn the device on, It isn’t very resource-intensive so I wouldn’t let that deter you unless you are picky and this is a dealbreaker. I’m sure more expensive units have more robust memories, settings, and remote controls with more than one button to navigate.
Only two items come in the box, the lamp (which is roughly 7” tall, and 4” wide at the base) and the power cord (which is not infuriatingly short) so setup is easy.. There’s no charging or batteries required.
So far I like it and plan to keep it. I have insomnia, and read about light therapy. When I’m ready to sleep, I plan to change the color to an Amber/orangey/pink color to mimic the sunset to tell my body it’s time to get tired and go to sleep.
I just received it, so cannot speak to longevity. I always come back and edit reviews if anything changes. If it stops working, I’ll update with a date so you’ll know how long mine lasted.

I wanted to amend this review to specify that the color portion of this lamp is not dimmable. This may present an issue if someone is trying to use a color To fall asleep as I mentioned I was using this for. I agree that the lamp is very bright for colors. To fix this, I use a Small canvas bag I received with another product over it. I can still see the color and the lamp but it is much less less bright. If I didn’t have that bag I would use a scarf or some other type of lightweight fabric over it to use it for nighttime.

These lights are smaller than the clunky bedside lamps we had in the bedroom, leaving more space for other devices, valet tray, etc.
They were inexpensive enough to buy two, and although we mostly set them to red for bedtime they have a full RGB color range which is neat (including a cycling color function which is pretty cool). The touch sensor in the base is also a convenient feature and they can be easily moved when you hold them from the top without tripping it.
If you don’t mind that they are corded, the only somewhat negative is that since we use them primarily before bed they can be quite bright. Certainly enough to light up a room, but I crafted some shades from an old pair of jeans that slip over the top to be easier on the eyes; although the white light setting is dimmable, any RGB color is not.
For the aesthetic, price, and functionality I couldn’t be happier.

I purchased this because we required a lamp that was dimmable, light weight, and not easily broken. Whether you need low or bright light, this lamp has the versatility to meet the need. We don’t need the changing colors, but both children like to watch them. The touch control
makes it easy to use. Finally, if there is a meltdown, the light can break if thrown or knocked over, but will not likely cause injury due to the light plastic exterior. Would recommend especially to a home with children or those with special needs.

I liked the simple design of the light and was just looking for something for in my tiny dorm. I was surprised by how bright this lamp gets, and also very glad it has three modes because of that! The low light is super nice too for late studying or playing games, and the lamp could literally light up my whole dorm on its own on the lowest setting (and lights up most of my current studio apartment too). The colors are nice and vibrant too, and it cycles through a full scale, which is really sick because you can stop it on any color variation you want. Overall it worked really well and I’m super happy with it.

Works perfectly and it’s super cute! For regular light it has 3 modes. The lowest makes a very good night light. It gets fairly bright at the third setting. The RGB mode is nice as well–I like letting it cycle or sticking it on one color for some instant mood lighting. You can’t adjust the brightness on RBG mode, however. Minus one star because it’s VERY light and easy to knock over (and I have cats, lol) so you may want to look into securing it to the surface it’s on if that would be a concern. Other than that, love this lamp!

Bought two for my living room. One works just as intended. The other randomly turns on an off and changes colors, with nothing touching it and no vibrations to activate it.

Okay so this is great. I am normally concerned with RGb anything because I sometimes won’t get the exact colours I want but this is perfect. Has all the colours (pretty ones included). And the warm light has three brightness levels, which are great for when I am reading late at night and need to rest my eyes.
I wish it had a remote, though, because it does take some time to figure out the timing to get the right mode. I’ve gotten the hang of it now, though so don’t let that stop you if you like this lamp. I love the design. I keep it at my bedside and match it with the other RGB lights in my room.
