Outstanding nonstick surface!
I have induction cooktop and I’m always looking for great cookware that works well with it. I have used many of the top name brands, but one caraway small fry pan and fill in love , then bought the whole set. The storage rack and the lid holder are genius, take care of those annoying issues beautifully.

I ended up giving up on these
These are beautiful pans – no doubt about that – and they seem to be of high quality. I bought them when I switched from a gas to an induction stove and the All Clad pan set I had didn’t work with it. So I had the double whammy of adjusting to a new kind of stove and new pans, which was super challenging. I had to turn the stove up to about medium high to get much of any heat at all, such as when frying eggs, and when frying things I noticed the center of the pans was much hotter than the edges. Also the whining sound the induction stove made when I used more than one of these pans at a time was awful. I was stuck with the stove, so changing pans was my only hope, and I finally bought an All Clad frypan that works with induction, and suddenly the stove worked a lot more like I thought it should, things fried more evenly and didn’t require such high heat, and the whining sound among multiple pans was greatly reduced/eliminated. I also don’t like the covers on these pans – if you pick up a hot lid and hold it vertically, as I apparently sometimes do, the heavy lid can easily slide down and suddenly your fingers become wedged between the scalding hot lid and the handle until you manage to dislodge them. So the lid handle design, though beautiful, is not the most practical or safe. I have now packed these away for my teenager when she gets her first apartment – she’ll be thrilled because they’re so cute (I’ll warn her about the lids), and they’d probably work better on a non-induction stove. But for me, I’ve gone back to All Clad and am much happier and having better results on my induction stove.

Should have purchased long ago
I love these pots and pans. For decades I have used nonstick pans, but I’m now concerned about carcinogenic materials. The ceramic pots and pans are evidently safer. They also do not stick. And they’re beautiful. They’re a little heavy, but that’s OK. They’re also a little pricey. But I’m willing to live with higher prices and heavier products in order to, avoid cancer causing materials.

Love these
So far they are perfect. I love cooking with them and they are so pretty. I did notice a little wear on the bottom after the first time I used them but that’s to be expected. You must read the little booklet that comes with it so you can take care of them properly. They are not dishwasher safe but they clean up pretty quickly.

Amazing nonstick cookware!!!! Stop your search and buy them!
Love love love love love! First off, they are gorgeous! They are strong and durable and have already held up to my toddler dropping one on the floor. Absolutely NOTHING sticks to them, it just slides right off. Sooooo easy to clean and can be put in the dishwasher. The storage rack is perfect! They are heavy, but that’s expected for good cookware. I love that the lids are flat and easy to store in the sleeves. My only minor complaint is that sometimes the handles get hot on the stove but only if it’s been on high heat for awhile. I love that they are able to withstand high heat in the oven too! I have already recommended to multiple friends and family members!

Peace of mind
This product appeal to me because it is designed for safety and no chemicals In cooking. It’s taking me a long time to find the right cookware set. It is nicely priced. I also love the colors, And the way you can organize the cookware in your kitchen and countertops. I love my Caraway set. I have peace of mind with it.

Not sure I would buy again
We splurged with these pots/pans and not sure I would do it again. They’re very heavy, even empty. They’re also hard to clean. I use the DAWN powerwash, which helps as well as the cleaning pad that came with the cookware. Used to nonstick cookware so some the extra cleaning is expected but for the price, I feel they should be easier to clean. They also scratch easily, so BE CAREFUL.

Great if you have all day to wait for water to boil
I’ve had my pot/pan set for about a year now so I think it’s time to share what I love and don’t love.Pros-very stylish/sleek-initially the nonstick is amazing. After a few months of even perfect use it does tend to wear a bit, but is still functional.-heavy and sturdyCons-these pans come with a long list of things you cannot do in order to maintain the nonstick coating. First and most annoying is you cannot use any heat setting above “medium” (5/10) on it. Doing so can ruin the nonstick. This leads to huge issues when trying to boil water, as it will take FOREVER. Even when you do get it boiling, it’s a soft boil, never a rolling boil you want for pasta.- These pans can and will scratch your ceramic cook top.-the handles get HOT.-the lids aren’t glass which is extremely annoying when you’re having to constantly open your ldlid to check on your food.-obviously these cannot go in a dishwasher-the lid holder that comes with the set doesn’t necessarily fit the door of your cabinetryOverall, I would not buy Caraway again. It’s very stylish yes but not a practical cooking device.

Have had for less than a month and coating chipped into food
I do NOT recommend these at all. They are unsafe and poorly made. After lots of research, my husband and I splurged on these just over a month ago for our very first set of legit cookware. We have used hand me down mismatched pots and pans for decades, so this was a big deal to us. I liked the look of them and we were initially (wrongfully) impressed by the nonstick aspect working really well. Because the care and use instructions specified only using specific types of cooking utensils to protect the nonstick coating, we also splurged on a new set of curved wooden cooking utensils and a matching set of soft flexible plastic cooking utensils. Again- we did everything as recommended per the instruction booklet. But we just used the large skillet tonight for only the second time, over low heat, with a curved wooden spoon for simmering spaghetti sauce and found a piece of the ceramic coating chipped off from inside the bottom of the skillet in the sauce. In fact I found the chipped ceramic in my mouth when I bit down on something gritty in my spaghetti. Turned out to be little shards of the whitish-silver ceramic lining that had chipped off the bottom of the skillet at some point. In. My. Dang. Mouth. Seriously so disappointed and frustrated. Let’s go ahead and just add that to the list of things unknowingly ingested that might give me cancer one day.As an aside, my husband is a stickler for hand washing all the fancy cookware and does all the OCD rule-following when we get nice things. So the skillet was never exposed to high heat, the dishwasher, scrubbing with abrasive materials, or metal/hard/sharp cooking utensils. We followed the instructions for proper care and use so there is zero excuse for it chipping into our food much less on just the second use. We completely regret purchasing these as we can no longer use the large skillet and only got two uses from it total (including ceramic chips in our sauce on just the second use). The bottom of the skillet now has a chip in the paint/ceramic where you can see the aluminum underneath. Buyer beware purchasing these, because we just lost a lot of money and will need to spend even more for a safe replacement but have to wait since we can’t afford it on the heels of purchasing these. We will be contacting the company and I will update this review pending the outcome.

honest review after 6 months
The only reason I bought these pans is my concern about leaching elements and my brain…and Alzheimer’s.The bad first -# 1: Do not throw away the lids to the pots you have! This was my first mistake. If you want to reach for a domed lid to cover say a burger to melt cheese on a plate or a grill type pan (which I have) – the Caraway lids are as flat as a pancake. This is an issue for me. If you want to “rest a piece of meat” and cover with a domed lid on a plate, you are out of luck.# 2: They’re heavy. They feel heavier than most pans I have had in the past. Have I weighed them and compared? No, but they feel heavy – that’s it.# 3: If you want to see what’s going on and you’re used to glass lids…forget it. I do miss seeing whatever I am cooking without having to lift the lid. Removing the lid removes heat and steam. Annoying. They do have these tiny vent holes which I like.# 4 Limited choices with pans. I miss many of the “in between” sized pans/pots I had. Hopefully they will offer more.# 5 The bent holes. Why? The lids have a tiny hole to vent steam. If you cook rice in the sauce pan, it lets out enough steam that the rice does not cook appropriately.The good -#1 – They clean easily enough. Nothing is ever stick free for long. They’re not true nonstick for very long but I don’t feel any nonstick is truly nonstick for very long. But cleaning is no problem so far…after 6 months.# 2 – The overall heating is consistent, it’s even…no hot spots. Just seems right to me. Some pans/pots seem to have issues with even heating. I’d give good kudos in that sense.# 3 – Well, I hope what they advertise is true. That is, that these are safer than most other non-stick surfaces. Good luck!Would I recommend? Yes. But with above caveats. 1. Keep a domed lid for what I said and 2. they feel heavier than most.

Great Set!
My wife and I have loved these pots and pans. We were looking to upgrade our daily pots and pans that we have been using for the last 5 years and came across these. They have been a fantastic improvement over our previous set in both style and function. The nonstick has worked remarkably well and makes clean up very easy. The Dutch oven also has been working great for my wife’s breadmaking. Great Set to cover all the basics.

Handsome quality cookware!
These pots and pans are beautiful first of all and, more importantly, they seem like they’re excellent quality. We just cooked our first meal and the nonstick work perfectly. Clean up was also very easy! Hopefully, we can maintain the nonstick surfaces, but it seems pretty simple with the proper care. It’s also great to get a lid and pan storage rack. Highly recommend the green— just looks fantastic!

They were well packaged and arrived ahead of time. These pots are beautiful, well made, non stick, heats up eventually, from stove top to oven. They are heavy and all of my pots that are heavy cooks well and last a long time. They covers did not fit very well on the inside of the cabinet door so I placed them on the outside…. Received a lot of compliments. Also I have not used metal cook utensils in a while, so I recommend using silicone ones in order to not scratch me damage the non surface. The package also included instructions on how to care for the pots. I highly recommend. Bon appétit

Don’t ignore the negative reviews

Six months later, and I am so so disappointed. There are three phases of owning Caraway cookware.1. Out of the box, they are absolutely amazing. You can drop an egg on an unbuttered pan and it will slide right off cooked.2. After about three or four uses, you’ll find that you need to completely coat the surface in butter or oil to prevent anything from sticking to it3. You are so sick and tired of using medium heat on everything you’re buying an electric kettle to boil water so you can cook pasta in less than an hour. You’ve come to grips that they’re just going to keep staining and getting worse looking. You wish you ordered that cheap set on Amazon that remarkably lasted seven years, before you donated it because you thought you needed real cookware.We bought the dark blue set and there’s already staining on the dark blue outside and the light gray insides. Even after following all of the care tips on the Caraway site. These things are way too high maintenance for the cost. The no stick surface is absolutely useless when you’re trying to eat a healthy.Hey they look great in the cabinet with the storage rack though which you can’t buy separately for the additional pots that don’t come with it 🙁

Definately non-stick, but heavy!
We are really enjoying this set of cookware. We’ve read the instructions and we are being careful not to cook on too high heat. Even though these are listed as dishwasher safe we haven’t had a need to wash them in a dishwasher yet because they are so easy to wipe out and hand wash with minimal soap.They are surprisingly heavy. Heavier than most off the shelf ceramic pans. But not heavier than the teflon coated pans they replaced.We also noticed that the frying pans have minimal bottom cook surface area and a lot of sloped sidewall surface. Too bad that so much cook area is sacrificed.All-in-all, we are really enjoying them.

Great, as long as you don’t get a faulty pan
We bought this set and were so excited for it. Here are some things to note-The pans are fantastic, but they should not be your main, regular-use set unless you plan to replace them often. We love the nonstick feature while being safe and chemical-free, but they are super expensive for not using them regularly.The large skillet is TERRIBLE. From the first use everything stuck to the middle, it was not at all nonstick. It was as if the middle was missing the nonstick sealant or something. The rest of the pans were fine!Here’s where you need to think before buying- you cannot cook on high heat with these skillets or things will stick and ruin the nonstick. When I got the pans, they recommended only low-medium heat- so frying is definitely out of the question if you want to cook on high heat. From the first use, I tried to just sautee some garlic and onion and it stuck so bad in the middle I had to cook around the outside of the pan- this was using oil and butter.Overall I really like them, but I can’t use the large skillet at all because everything sticks.

Updated. A happy caraway customer!
I had some defects on my pans and issues getting it resolved properly through Amazon without me having to go out of my way. My first review, showed my irritation with amazon. Since then I have spoke to Caraways customer service via their website and they are great! I’m not someone who can buy expensive pans, just bc I want to. I purchased these pans after weeks of researching for my families health. Having defects is something that is just going to happen, but a company that actually stands by their products and fixes the issue is what makes a good company and gains returning customers. I am grateful for this company, not trying to make me jump through hoops. They rectified the issue very smoothly, specially Ms. Gilda. Thank you, ma’am!

Good cookware a little damage
I bought this set after a lot of research. One of the kids came with scuff marks on the inside. Haven’t been able to figure out who to reach out to, to get it replaced. I just received the order yesterday. On a positive note I have used the large pan itself twice today and it’s been great.

Love these pots and pans
I don’t know what some people are complaining about. These are high quality pots and pans and they make my meals taste better. One lady said a $25 one would do the same thing. I wanted to laugh so hard. Anyway, there are so worth the money. I was shocked how beautiful the presentation was and all the organization stuff that came with it. They are beautiful and will look amazing in your kitchen. Quality is amazing the food you cook on it will be amazing. Buy it! You won’t regret it. I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase.

I can’t say whether they’re great or not, I just got them, but I can say…they are SO heavy. I’d love to know why. Maybe they mention in the booklet or on the listing. Definitely going to read some material. Would not recommend for people with joint issues, or anyone that can’t lift 10 lbs with one wrist. Ha?

evenly distributes heat
We have had these for nearly 1 year. They are still amazing as day one. These pots and pans clean effortlessly and I thoroughly enjoy the heat distribution- it is more even than any we have tried before. We had Hexclad for 3 months and returned it as it was a pain to clean and had a raised middle–something the rep said will go down with use. Well, that never happened. Caraway’s pans are flat in the middle and stay flat. They do take a little bit to heat up, but we have an induction range so it is really not an issue for us. We use them multiple times a day in our house and we find them to be worth every penny.These are a little on the heavy side- but again, we would not have it any other way.

My favorite cookware set! I recently moved into a new apartment and needed a new set of cookware. I had heard great things about Caraway and wanted to try their ceramic pans for myself. I ordered the Sage Green which was my favorite color, but all of their colors online are very chic and classy. When I received the package, the packaging was very well put together (see photos). You could tell that this company places a lot of thought into their packaging and products. The pans (comes with 4) themselves are not too heavy but have a good weight, which really makes them feel durable and high quality.When cooking, the pans heat up and retain heat well with their metal bases—medium heat works just fine! The best part of these pans—cleaning was so easy! I tried out the sauce pan and frying pan with just some oil, and both were very easy to clean off with just some water and soap. No remnants were leftover.One additional great feature—this set comes with a magnetic organizer and canvas lid holder. The magnetic organizer is so easy to use and can be rearranged depending on how you like it. I haven’t found a place yet to hang my lid organizer, but this is such a great feature to keep your kitchen tidy.All in all, I would highly recommend this set for anyone looking for new ceramic cookware that does not stick! The pans are also so beautiful and have a high quality feel to them. I am so happy I purchased this set!

Beautiful balance of performance, nontoxicity and style
Have had these pans since 2021 and they’re still going strong! I take very good care of them and they’ve maintained their nonstick with no external chipping or staining. We love the easy storage and the versatility of being able to cook anything from eggs to steak to stir fry, but our favorite feature is definitely the ease of clean up. We are new parents and being able to quickly clean these pans and get back to our baby has been a true godsend. We buy the set for every one of our friends’ weddings as well, such a great gift!

The best pans!
We had thought about buying these pans for months before finally deciding to do it and I am so glad that we did!For starters, they’re non toxic which is a huge win. They’re absolutely gorgeous. Aside from being gorgeous, they’re heavy enough to feel the quality but light enough to still handle with one hand.The ease of cooking and the ease of cleaning make it that much better. You truly don’t need any oil but can if you want.The packaging that they come in has really been thought through. They have velvet to protect the pan. Each layer has a little education insert written on the cardboard. The set up is so easy, and the fact that it also comes with organization is a win in my book.You truly cannot go wrong with these pans. I am going to have to order the bakeware set now!

Way to expensive for non-stick that only lasts a few months
We purchased this set at Christmas based on all the positive reviews. Now I’m not saying I don’t believe all reviews, but I do know what our experience with this set has been.First of all we were impressed with the packaging and weight of this set when it arrived. One thing I did notice right away was the high visibility of fingerprints on the lids if you touched them anywhere. I mean it was like the prints were glowing. We brushed this off as we were positive that this was going to be the “best” set we have ever cooked with.We were pleasantly surprised with the non-stick cooking surface, heat distribution and cleaning ease. We always hand washed these pans with a gentle dish soap.For the first three months the pans were great. After that, we noticed our eggs were sticking regardless of how much butter/olive oil we put in the pan. In the beginning, we didn’t even have to put in any oil/butter, but know, everything sticks.The large pot doesn’t seem to be having any issues yet, but that is primarily used for soups etc.I’ve been cooking for over 40 years and in my opinion, although they do look and feel like a high quality cookware, it just simply is way overpriced for what you get. We would have been better off buying a $25 pan and replacing it every 3 months.I’m going to attempt to contact the company for a refund. I kept the box they came in and will gladly ship it back.

Caraway, takes it away!
The Caraway cookware is non-toxic, which I why I wanted to try it, but I didn’t realize all the other benefits it has! The weight and quality of the pans & lids are what you instantly notice, as they are significant. (as is the packaging!) After reading how to properly use and care for the cookware, I was wondering how you could bring things to a boil when only using a medium heat setting, but you can! The same for cooking/browning. . . everything cooks evenly and perfectly. The other big benefit is the heat is contained down at the bottom of the pot/pan, allowing you to stir your items and not burn your hand. The cleanup is a breeze as well, with the non-stick ceramic coating. All of these benefits wrapped up in beautiful colors. . . I chose the rich blue! I’ll be buying more of their collection for sure.

Great pans, but the finish comes off before the stains
We’ve owned these pans for a year now. We have the full set and the mini set. In Marigold, the color is a much needed blast of brightness, and the non stick works well (it’s not PTFE you need to spritz it with a small bit of oil). Heat is incredibly even and they are great pans.We wash them by hand, use only silicone and wood utensils and we don’t have children or teenagers to lie about how they treat the pans.Unfortunately the exterior finish is simply not as good as the interior finish. After some staining caused by I don’t know what (not me but it was most likely oils and sugar) I spent a long dedicated time with the (several) melamine sponge and water. Needless to say the exterior finish quit before the stains did. If the finish can’t be cleaned then the pan while useful will no longer be beautiful.Buy dark colors or better stainless where you can use heavier cleaning techniques. These light colors are beautiful but they come off if you have any boil over incidents and need to scrub off the cooked on stain.Other than that. These are fabulous pans.

WOW FACTOR – Durable, Nice Quality – This will be your last cookware set you will need to purchase
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this pan set, I heard alot of good things about them and I must say it is the nicest set I have every owned. The packaging was professionaley done, pans and lids were nicely packed. The lids came in the a very nice lid holder sleave that you can hang on the inside of your cabinet for easy storage. The magentic pan rack was also an added bonus for storing your pans.I used the fry pan and it worked great, the handles are VERY durable. The only thing I didn’t like about the lid handle on the fry pan was that it’s not curved enough, when I was trying to drain my hamburger, I could feel the heat on my knuckles, I guess that’s whay they say to use a hot pad.Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality and looks of this Caraway cookware set. Well done Caraway!

Beautiful and quality cookware!!

A couple of years ago, my kids gave me the small Caraway frying pan as a gift and it has been great so I recently bought the Caraway 12-piece cookware set. The set includes medium and large frying pans, a medium pot, and a Dutch oven. I was pleased to discover that the lid for the medium pot also fits my small frying pan! The three matching lids come with a sleeve to store them. There are also four magnetic stands to store the pots safely. The storage system is smartly designed and the cookware is really attractive.So far I have used the medium fry pan to fry vegetables, the large pan to make the filling for turkey wraps and the Dutch oven for bread (definitely the winner recipe). The heat is distributed evenly in the pans and the nonstick surface works beautifully and makes the pans very easy to clean (yet food still browns nicely). The bread recipe calls for the Dutch oven to be heated in the oven ahead of time and for the dough to be dumped directly into the heated pot without grease. The loaf turned out beautifully. The bread did not stick at all to the bottom but slid out easily. See the accompanying photos.Another thing I love about the set is that all the cookware is compatible with induction stoves. I don’t currently have an induction stove, but it’s good to know that the pans are future proofed!I am so happy with this purchase!

Beautiful and works great
First of all the color is stunning!! I love the set that I purchased came with organizers. Helps declutter and keep the kitchen tidy. Cooks great and easy to clean.Do take note of the handle when you pick it up, do so at an angle over the pot or water will get everywhere.Use a towel or pot holder is get the lid. Would love to see a place on the pot to house the lid while cooking

So far I am loving them!
My pots and pans were definitely old not to mention I pot a set that was like 20+ piece which took up a ton of space. I wanted to get a higher quality of pan but also wanted to get a smaller set to save space so I decided to purchase these. So far I am loving them so much that I am cooking more. Truly non-stick and really just a gorgeous set. I got the grey ones and I am so glad I did. Highly recommend!
