   I thought I was ordering granules but ordered the wrong thing. I will re-order the garlic granules by Badia. Badia is a wonderful spice brand. I switched from Penzey’s spices because P. had become just downright mean-spirited, attacking large groups of people for their political leanings and saying nasty things about them. But I digress. Badia is family owned and as good as P if not better. The garlic powder is very garlicky and I love it but I prefer the granules for a meat rub. Anyway, Badia is the best…I’ve never been disappointed.

   This is really powdery, but once I figured that out I really like it. You don’t have to use as much. The smell and taste are spot on for me.
