Love the fresh strong scent & flavor. Definitely not old. I keep the foam foil seal pressed into the top to maintain oxygen over time dulling its flavor & scent. I love the fact there is no salt. I can salt things without too much when you want strong flavor profile only.

I use this spice/garlic on just about every thing I make, including veggies.
The ” powder” is not like any other garlic spices, it is actually courser.
Plus, this product is much cheaper here on Amazon. I paid at the grocers just under $5 for a 5 oz bottle.
