   This seasoning had a familiar flavor I couldn’t put my finger on until my wife said ramen noodles. Spicy ramen noodle flavor. Goes great on chicken and other stuff I’m sure but have yet to try. I’m not big on “spicy” and this is just right for my taste.

   It was good except it was so salty we had to add other spices to tame the salt. Very disappointed.

    As I mentioned in the title, this seasoning mix is quite salty, so don’t add extra salt to whatever you’re using this on.
