This is my one seasoning mix I do not let myself run out of. I have one simple dish I make all the time- bone in pork chops (I like Trader Joe’s) – season them liberally on both sides with this mix and a little bit of sea salt and cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees 6-7 minutes each side depending on pork chop thickness. Simple and quick to make and they turn out far better than any pork chops I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant and I am no cook.

This spice rub is one of my favorites from Rib Rack. I love it on chicken and pork for a little extra kick. Also, it is phenomenal on vegetables, too. Definitely one of the best tasting rubs from this brand. I will buy this again for sure.
