   I’ve had Cajun…and this stuff is has so much sodium that it obliterates the other flavors. It does have heat, but very salty heat. If you have to limit your sodium intake, be careful with this “Cajun” seasoning.

   I love this seasoning. It has the right amount of spice for heat, but it does not overwhelm other flavors. It’s a true Cajun seasoning, you can taste the celery and onions as well as the heat. If you’re short on time but want flavor, I recommend this product.

   Ordered this for my dad who loves spicy flavors. The can was shipped with some books and other gift items. When it arrived I opened the box to discover the can (sort of like a short Pringles canister, but *without* the vacuum seal), had exploded over the entire contents of the package. It got everywhere… within the pages of the books, in the nooks + crannies of the other gifts, everywhere. Now everything smells like this, which to me is NOT appealing. Not happy.
   My dad said he could use what was left remaining in the can, so we didn’t end up returning/replacing it. But I’m constantly reminded of the incident every time I open up one of the crochet books. Needless to say, won’t be ordering again.

   Ragin’ Cajun is my favorite of the cajun rubs.
   I gave it three stars because, just like the others, it is mostly salt.
   Waaaaaay too much salt.
   For that reason, I prefer hot sauces, which I can easily use as a wet rub.
   One man’s opinion.

   Wow
   I have love this Original Cajun Seasoning But this time some one packed it loose in a box and when it was delivered the USPS put the box into plastics bag the 16 oz was lost and the bottom of the shucker had fallen out and what was left was 2 oz and contacted amazon and they refund my money so I hope this dosn’t happen again they need to make sure that its rapped better
